      We don't know why anyone would want to leave a negative review for this auto dealer, they were outstanding with our recent car buying experience with them. We found the car we wanted online at this dealer, as it was the only **** 500C we could find anywhere that had the right price, low mileage and color combination we wanted. We were definitely nervous about buying this vehicle from an auto dealer so far away from us, as we live in ******* and they are in *******, *******. However, this auto dealer and **** were very professional. Per our requests, they sent us pictures and did videos of everything we wanted to see, they even put it up on a rack and took a video of the under-side of the car so my husband could inspect it for possible leaks, etc. They also took a video of the complete inside & outside of the car, the trunk, under the hood & starting the car, rolling down and up of the windows, opening & closing the convertible top so we could see that everything worked properly. They answered every question we had. ****, the General Manager and **** were awesome. The entire car buying process with them recently from start to finish (when we received our **** 500C, which they also set-up the auto transport service for us, Roman ********** was handled with professionalism, care and respect. Again, we were very nervous, but they held our hand every step of the way and we are so happy. We would buy from them again; can't say enough good things about the General Manager **** and his team.       Dealer is amazing. Purchased my Tesla from them. The price was the same as advertised online. They didn't play any games. I drove 5 hours for the car and it was exactly what I expected. Juan and Pablo both helped me and I told everyone I know about how great the dealer is.

      We purchased a car from this business. We were led to believe by the salesman ***** that the car was in good working condition. We took possession of the car and on the second day we experienced a complete breakdown of the transmission. We have had to pay for a brand new transmission on a car that we had just bought. The warranty that came with the car was no and void due to their determination that the problem existed before it left a lot. We tried to discuss this with ***** the salesperson and he refuses to accept responsibility. They also did not turn in the insurance information in the timely manner to the **** This car dealership should not be on TrueCar ***. We funded this car through the Navy ******************** and we are making them aware also of poor business practices.
