On 09/14/24 I gave a deposit of $375.00, 50% to separate my sprinkler system into 2 zones. Total cost would be $750.00. Scheduled start was 9/19. I called to confirm. He said he couldn't make it. Same thing on 9/26, again on 9/23. Each time with an excuse or a lie. I asked for a refund. He refused saying he already bought the materials. He promised again to do the job on 10/05/24 or he would refund the money, $375. Again a no show, not even a phone call. I don't think he ever intended to do the work in the first place. Received quote for sprinkler repair on Wed 5/29/2024 for 1100$. ********************* from Sprinkler Express asked for 50% of deposit. I paid him with a check for 550$. Work was supposed to be done Saturday 6/1/2024. Like Many other complaints I was given excuses of why he couldnt do the job and rescheduled. No call no show and wouldnt respond to my text or when I called. He finally responded later with excuses and upset that I was asking for the deposit back. Previously he replaced my pump, timer and added rust tank. But that was rescheduled multiple times as well. He actually did that job so I hired him to do the rest. Gave him the deposit and he didnt show and says he wont give the deposit back because he said he already bought the supplies which sprinkler supplies are not that expensive. He then sent me the invoice that I signed showing small print that there are no refunds on the deposit. But the job was scheduled and he never showed. Also said he was going to do my neighbors system and he has yet to show to their house as well. I just want my deposit back. There are multiple complaints about the same thing.Initial Complaint

I was first scheduled for November 20th and had to be rescheduled a couple times due to parts being backordered. After that, I was more than flexible and understanding when a few days needed to be taken off due to personal family matters. I was then promised the work would begin Wednesday, December 13th, then December 18th.Now, I have reached out by phone many times since Sunday, December 17th, with no response.At this point we are over a month in of rescheduling and I am way past my deadline to have this project completed and I have requested the deposit be returned immediately to which I have still not received a response (or the deposit).Initial Complaint

********************* of Sprinkler Express Services contracted with me to install and repair sprinklers. He invoiced me and the work was supposed to start when my driveway was prepped. We contacted him 7 days prior to start date giving him ample time for scheduling per his instructions. Our contractor also contacted him with the date. He invoiced me at time of quote and asked for 50% deposit. We paid him a $700 deposit and he never showed up to do the work. I want to file a complaint against him and his company.Initial Complaint

Sept 13th ********************* co-owner of Sprinkler Express Service came to my home to do an estimate for a job. I will provide pictures, Please note his co-owner is ************************* and their business office is **********************************. I was extremely skeptical about giving this guy my deposit because I believe if you are a successful company you don't need a deposit for a small job like the one I was doing . He demanded a deposit in order to schedule the job for the following Wednesday September 20th. I sent the deposit on Sunday September 17th via zelle and had him send me an invoice. I took off work on the 20th but this man did not call or show up. I called him finally after 1pm he gets back to me that he ordered the materials and it had nit arrived. Not sure how much of that is true because the job did not take specific materials you wouldn't get at *********** The date was changed to Friday and then Monday , then Friday and then Monday and the last Draw was Wednesday. It was one excuse after another and one lie after another. The guy had no intention to do the job and his intentions was to steal my deposit. This man is a liar. He steals and takes advantage of women. The story gets better he said in order to give me my deposit he needed to return the materials. Please keep in mind that im 100% sure that the materials didn't cost him more than $100 . I asked him to just give me the materials and the difference. Of course he didn't do that . It wasn't part of his CON artist plan. He said 3-5 days I waited nothing . Then he said Friday. I waited and nothing. Then he said he wasn't going to give me my deposit back and to take him to court. He then said that once the job was scheduled there was no refunds but he never showed up for the job. He is a con-artist. He is a thief. He likes to rob people and steal their deposit. I told him I was going to call the cops and he said f*** the police.Business Response

Much like others have previously stated, this company took our deposit, never did any work, returned less than half of it, and is now avoiding all attempts of communication including blocking us on their social media accounts after having agreed to pay us back in full.Initial Complaint

Paid in full ($3,800) for new sprinkler system. **** never came back, makes false promises of start days and would never show, this went on for months. I gave options for repayments in partial with no response.
