    I purchase a dress that was advertised on allthingscherish website for over $200. I was out of town but when I came back I open package and tried item on only to see that the back of the dress was slit wide Open like someone cut it with a scissors. I immediately contacted merchant and explained and sent pictures of item. I had tried to fix item by putting a hook but was told that because of the material of item it wasnt fixable, and hook could not be placed on dress. I expressed this also to merchants. Merchants responded that they would give me a 20% discount for next shopping. I express to merchants that I paid full price for dress and it wasnt discounted for the damage, and that was not how it was advertise on their website plus I had to pay out of packet to try and fixed item but it wasnt fixable. ******** refused to give back half refund are even 20% refund instead of discount. I express to merchants that Im very concerned about other products being damaged like the one I received so I wasnt sure about shopping with them again. ******** went on to ask why wasnt dress returned. I show them receipt of item being ship back to them, and item with tag on and havent been worn only tried on. They then went on to ignore me. And I brought the claim to my bank to dispute the charges. They refused to resolved claim. So I have sent back item and show picture of item with tag in box shipped back to them, and still refuse to give me refund back. So they have their dress plus my money. I have been scammed. No where in their policy its say anything about customer receiving damage goods and what is the protocol.

    Hello. Thank you for taking the time to review this case. We've tried to work this out with customer but customer continues to be unfair.
    Customer had the option to return the dress unused, however she chose to get it altered and wear it, then want to return it to us. She has filed a case with PayPal already and we are in the middle of rectifying that. I've attached email from customer stating she altered and wore dress and I've attached a copy of our return policy. We cannot accept a dress that was altered and worn for store credit or for refund. That utterly unfair to small businesses. Please see attachments and I trust a fair judgment will be made. Thank you.
