When I was pregnant in the year 2021 leading into the year of 2022 I attended at this office, at the time when I had insurance. As it approached near my due date getting ready to deliver my child, I was informed that I had to pay $1400 that was expected on 07/04/2022. I was asked to pay in installments of $250 to complete the full amount that was provided to me. As I did what I was told of the month of December of the year 2021. After that I was covered with ******** and I longer had to continue paying what I was provided to me due to the fact that I had insurance. I was informed they would refund me my money but since then its been impossible to collect this money. When I contact the office phone line, I don't speak with them directly, I have only spoken to a second party such as a call center. On December 26 of 2024 I received a phone call and voicemail since I couldnt reach my cell phone since I was currently working, the voicemail I received stated for me to call back to see if I wanted a check mailed over to my home address. I kept calling and calling and leaving voicemails and every time I called, they said they were going to send an email to Yanae the office manager for ******* and she never returned the call. On Saturday January 25th, 2025, I drove 1 hour away to the office to pick up the check and when I got there, they said there was no check at all for me and they couldn't contact the manager, so I had to leave after driving an hour to get there for nothing. Finally on February 6 of 2025 after calling several times and left a lot of voicemails they said they mailed the check but I never received it. Been calling since then and now they said that they don't know what happened and still no call back from the manager to have this check sent back to me. I don't want to keep chasing them or calling every two days to get an answer, time is more than enough and there is no way to complain with nobody there or communicate at all with the office.

I'm writing about issues with claims for patient ID #*********, denied due to First Class OBGYN's billing errors. Claims were sent to the wrong insurer, Simply, then retracted when Bright Health was identified as the primary insurer. Despite notifying the office in 2023, they didn't submit claims within *************'s 180-day period. Numerous follow-ups were ignored, leading to missed claims. Out of nine claims, only two are in Bright Health's records. The billing office hasn't provided contact and hasn't responded since September 18th. I refuse responsibility for the full balance due to their negligence. Please advise on resolving this.

The office required a $1500 deductible a week before surgery. The insurance company awarded the deductible to ***************** and not FIrst Class Obgyn. I repeatedly requested a refund and was refused. I have a receipt for the original transaction amount and credit card statements proving the refund was never issues. They sent a bill for ******. I told them when they refunded my money I would pay the bill. This was 9/9/23. For the next 10 months they refused take my calls or give me my money back. Prior to refusing to answer my calls they stated they refunded my card. I asked for proof and they never provided it. ***** stated no refund was issued. They just sent a check for *******. When you add the amount I owed them it only adds up to $1499. they refuse to give my my dollar. I want every single ***** of my money back.
