    we are still waiting for someone to help with my dad post hospital.he has been sitting in his own waste for 4 days unable to get up.i am disabled and unable to help him up.and the primary the hospital everyone is in a well meaning frenzy trying to reach this company. now I know better.this is a con job. this was the only company ************* gave us... pretty fishy. the assessment nurse was the most cagey,purposely using wrong numbers,calling the landline which only my demented 89 dad answers,putting her phone on "NO LONGER IN SERVICE"(a free app) .this is a criminal issue, fraud. they intake as many patients as they can and then do nothing. we pay Humana through the nose for insurance and they use these thugs. tomorrow I will spend yet another 3 hours trying to get Humana on the phone to change the home health care situation. the *** should go in and confiscate their computers.*************************

    Dropped my 83 year old mother after HUGE lies told on there part. Did not care that my 83 year old mother did not have a CG for over a month while we try to find a new agency.

    Does Humana research the companies they force their patients to use? I had to use this company because of my Dad's Humana Medicare Advantage program. I have been on the phone with them several times daily to get him a portable oxygen tank. They sent him a 14-pound tank. He is elderly and just got out of the hospital ten days ago and is recovering from sepsis and pneumonia. I explained he lived on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the tank was too heavy to bring down the stairs. Every day, they promise that it is ready to be delivered, but every day it is not then when calling to follow up, they tell you something is not right and have you call the doctor. Every person has you jump through a new hoop or tries to placate you. To speak to a supervisor, you must wait and repeat your story. Since August 6, 9 days ago, I have spent hours on the phone (I wrote down the times on the phone, and I am now up to 3 hours and 3 minutes), and he still does not have the necessary equipment. So, he treks up and down his two flights of stairs with a 14-pound tank, and even that took days to get. When leaving the hospital, they sent him home with a FULL-SIZED tank! If you can use any other company, save yourself the frustration and use anyone else.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND - They don't even deserve one star, but I am not able to post this review without clicking the one star. A nurse was supposed to go to my moms house two different times, and did not show up. I tried to call the office, go through the automated machine, I get put on hold for maybe 10 minutes and then disconnected. After reading these reviews, I agree this company is terrible. I will look for another company to take care of my mother.

    Call center is by far the worst experience I have ever seen. This place needs to be audited and investigated. Reviews alone everywhere you look paints the ******************* should not be in business, poor management, poor call in center, poor quality overall.

    Horrible experience ! Do not , DO NOT, CALL or use their services. Waiting for three days for a nurse visit. Un acceptable way of treating seniors. They don't even deserve 1 star , but i had no choice. Needed a Nurse for a follow up to an operation, Sure enough they called right away telling me that they will have the portable comode and a ****** with wheels, I told them I don't need that as i am fine , all i need is to have my bandage replaced and clean ***** doctors orders. I guess that's what puts you at the back of the line. No money to be made . That's why our insurance rates are through the roof. A professional scam taking advantage of seniors and insurance companies.

    Terrible service ... wish I could leave 0 stars.They were in the area and stop by unannounced to see if we were available for a visit. We were not but they counted it as one of our visits and blamed us for not being available.The next week they canceled an appointment due to an emergency and also counted that as one of our visits. They blamed us for waiting until Friday to schedule an appointment.We tried to protest to the manager but he said we had no recourse since he was discharging her that day (mind you he hadn't even evaluated her yet.)So disappointing

    This company will not help you at all. My Doctor and I faxed over a request for s walker with a seat. I called Humana and they provided me with the phone number to contact them. They claimed they did not received my fax or the Doctors fsx. After weeks of calling and having them give me different stories I gave up. I will notify Humana snd my provider as well. They are worthless.

    No han cumplido con la entrega de la silla de ruedas de mi papa desde el dia 14 ********* que su doctora hizo la orders. Llamo y cada vez lo mismo agente la entrega, me quedo esperando y no llaman para decir a que horas vienen y que tienen muchas entregas que vuelva a agendar la entrega. Es una falta de respeto, ********** y empata.
