    I was trying to set up a package to be delivered to my wife in ***************, on Jan 19, 2022. There was a system error on LBC end, but it charged my debit card, and didnt provide a label to me. I waited till in the morning and tried again I didnt have the funds in my checking account (becouse they debited it) so I had to use my credit card to pay for it. I waited to see if the money would be returned for 3 days. I emailed LBC on Jan 21,2022 explaining to them what had happend. On Jan 23, 2022 I was told that thier team was requesting the security code, billing street and billing zip. I replyed on the 24th asking why they needed a security code for a refund, but gave them the other information. (billing street and zip). they replyed with "this is noted. please be informed that we already addressed this with our team for assistance. I emailed again on Jan 27 asking for a update. No responce. I emailed again on Jan 31 for a update, again no responce. I emailed on Feb 4th asking again for a update and letting them know i would escalate the issue. (no responce) I emailed again 2 times on Feb 17 asking were my refund is. I had some personal issues that I was dealing with in mid Feb, into march so I did not contact LBC at that time nor did they contact me. I again emailed them April 9,2022 explaining that i had sent many emails to get a refund and it had yet to happen, they responded asking for a tracking number so they could assist me properly. ( there was no tracking number given to me by LBC in the first place that is the whole issue). I replied to them on April 10th sending conformation from them but no tracking number was given to me, and let them know to look up the previous emails i had sent. LBC responed by asking for credit card holder info, credit card number, payment date / transaction date, amount , billing street, billing zip, and booking number (that was already filled out). April 11,2022 I forwarded all previous emails to LBC again. still no refund.
