    I ordered a set of wheels on their website for an advertised cost of 50% off the msrp. After placing the order I received an email about 10 minutes later stating that my order was canceled per my request even though I did not authorize this. I have reached out to them with no avail. I would like to have this resolved by having my order put through for the advertised price as well as an explanation of my order being canceled without my authorization.

    Our website CLEARLY states this has a minimum order of 20 (see attachments). You only ordered 4. After your order was made we sent you a notification that this has to be in quantities of 20 wheels for this wholesale pricing. You were then refunded 100% of the order. I think you are just doing this out of spite because you did not read the entire description or title of the item you purchased. I have attached a screenshot of the site as well as your receipt showing "Special Order Min. Order of 20" if you would like to order 20 wheels we can sell them at the stated $255.36 each on a special stocking order but you will have to do it before our supplier raises their prices after the holiday sale is over.  We sell to shops, dealers as well as individuals so we have individual and wholesaler pricing.

    I ordered a set of steering knuckles for my truck after delivery it was determined they would not fit I shipped the items back to lm performance after a very vague and difficult process I was informed that the items where received and who the where received by I still cannot get in contact with anyone and still have no refund

    HI sorry for the delay as our credit memo from our wholesaler where it was shipped back to never reached us. we contacted our wholesaler who confirmed credit of  the return. we have since 8/9/24 credited your credit card for the return. we try to make returns as easy as possible as each vendor/wholesaler has their own terms and procedures sorry for the confusion.

    I order a package that cost $2,233 from LMPerformance. The item never arrived in my home and LMPerformance will not refund me my money or send me a replacement. They are not even taking my calls or responding to my emails.

    ***** DENIED YOUR CLAIM: I appreciate your patience as we worked with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim. Unfortunately, the claim has been denied by the carrier.
    The carrier's records indicate the package(s) have been delivered to the correct location.
    Unfortunately, ***** will not be issuing a credit for this claim, the claim has now been closed.

    I am sorry of someone stole your exhaust from your house. we are not responsible once the product is delivered to you. If you live in an area where people steal items off your porch you can always ask for a signature when ordering. Also we have had multiple emails going back and forth with you on this claim it has been denied more then once by *****. ***** uses GPS tracking and said that it was delivered to you.

    Your order was suspicious from the very beginning. You claim to not make orders online when you ordered and for some reason was ok with spending 2300 online even thought you said you never ordered online? Then all of a sudden we get a chargeback from you ???? Really ? So if you never ordered online and used Affirm to check out how did you know how to do a chargeback?

    I think you are just trying extort/scam us out of paying you for your part at this point.
