    Was told i didnt need to call and schedule for my quarterly pest control. Here it is the end of the month I am due and i called and they said they could send someone tomorrow.
    Tomorrow is their last one. Looking for a new one as of today. I should not have to call to remind them to put me on the schedule. I guess being a family run business they shouldnt have "mom" do the schedules. Get someone reliable.

    Thank you for reaching out about your quarterly pest control service. We regret that you were angry about us not calling you sooner in the month to schedule your pest control service. To clarify, our approach is to treat homes in the service month, not a specific day of the month. So, whether a home is serviced on May 2nd or May 29th, it’s still within the appropriate timeframe for effective treatment.
    Family-run businesses have their advantages and disadvantages. One such disadvantage is that in the case of a family death or emergency, the company can be paused for a time, and work can back up. Additionally, in pest control, we can’t spray if it’s raining, which can also cause a backup. We regret that these factors may have contributed to your experience.
    After review, we’ve decided we’re unable to continue providing services to you. We regret any disruption this may cause. At this time, we will not be scheduling further visits. We wish you the best in finding a new pest control provider that suits your needs.
