Titan Sunrooms built the screen enclosure (birdcage) for our lanai on our new house. The weather refused to cooperate and we had rain and unusually cold temperatures. But in spite of the weather the guys bundled up and the job was finished with minimal delay. It is beautiful and perfect. We are extremely pleased with the results. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

I can not say enough positive words to describe my experience with Titan-Sunrooms! From Fred, the owner, to Ryan, the general manager, to David, the installer, they were the picture of professional team work focused on quality workmanship & customer satisfaction every step of the way! Their attention to details, cleanup, safety & convenience for people & pets, & simply making their customers feel valued was so obvious in everything they did. I expect good work from those that present themselves as professionals & I got exactly that with Titan. I speak from experience of the worst kind! Earlier, still new to the area, I picked a heavily advertised company with good reviews, that by their very name, gave the impression they were "hometown" type neighbors you could trust. Boy was that a major mistake! After many, many failed attempts to stop the leaking of my new patio roof they had installed, the well known, trustworthy, "hometown" company gave up and walked away. The company refused to refund my money or even to remove the structure that has been described by local electrical companies, Fire Department, & EOC of Santa Rosa Co. as "DANGEROUS" due to the patio ceiling holding water, & on several occasions, leaking water through the then-working ceiling fans and lights. (They eventually quit working but still leak water occasionally!) I have no choice but to seek help through a court of law to force a company to stand behind their word and their workmanship! Due to my on-going, very expensive mistake my daughter chose Titan Sunrooms for her new patio and I followed her example on another project. We both are very satisfied Titan Sunrooms customers. My recommendation is don't make the mistake I made! GO WITH TITAN THE FIRST TIME! Charlotte

Several days ago I submitted a one star review for this business. I now know it was a misunderstanding with an employee of the Company and did not represent the Company. The owner has contacted me and has taken the time to straighten out the misunderstanding that I had with this Company when the Sunroom was built in 2011. I stand corrected and am pleased to say that what I had thought this company had said to me is indeed what they said. They do in fact stand behind their product and make good on the promises they make to their customers. I sincerely apologize to the owner of this business, Mr Fred Genkin and say here in this communication that this business does stand behind their product and the work they do.

We just had Titan Sunrooms here to construct an aluminum screen enclosure on our patio and the crew of Dave & Dalton were exceptional in every way. Their professionalism and work ethic was superb, from taking care to ensure fitment was correct all around to cleaning up the job site at each day's end. They were courteous and considerate, often working around our two inquisitive labs without difficulty. Their attention to detail created a beautiful finished product that looks exactly how we envisioned our screened in patio. This will bring years of enjoyment, added 400sqft to our living space and housed a swim spa perfectly. Thank you to Dave and Dalton especially, but thank you to Titan Sunrooms staff, Roger and Jose for a great outcome. We may have had our trials and tribulations over delays early on, but the constructed screen room speaks volumes for the quality workmanship and professionalism of their staff. Thank you.
