    Horrible company! Deceitful & dishonest. Bad workmanship and both owners (***** ****** and Wife) are defrauding consumers. Charging absurd prices which one would expect an excellent finished door, instead you're receiving botched work along with improper installations - that result in damages left behind The horrendous installs and not to mention the added expense to the consumer. It is not worth the headache. DO NOT ORDER DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY! Go to YELP and you will see extensive amount of photos documented the kind of work they perform! A picture speaks a thousand words.

    We have had more than 12 different installers at this house, not one has been able to satisfy them. More important they only have paid for 57 percent off the full work , there complains do not up to more than 800.00-1,200.00.
    They owe almost 8,000.00
    And haven't paid based on some black paint on there dry wall and some wood molding that the put a led flashlight and looks more brown than black and we went and papered the opening and now he said he doesn't want them painted because of the over spray this is a stand off we will not continue servicing this clients since on several occasions he promised to pay some of the funds owed but he never did , now since they have everything in there home now they are picking minor details such as over spray on 3 12" x 12" part of drywall and all the rest is finish touch ups
    Mr **** promises of payment have been broken both in front 6 workers and by text between us
    We use touch up pencils and wax pencils which is a normal matter to fill in pin nail holes
    He had us put the casing in by putting claps and liquid nail to the drywall and the few pin nails used he doesn't want to see them , he only paid 160.00 per door unit installed very low price , the work he wants is 450,XX -XXX.00 per door unit and we did this for him anyway
    But they still are complaining
    We only service paying Customers and warranty the work and the product
    but they have breached there contract from the begging before we even put one door at there house the never even met the 50 percent in the contract and after we started there contracted stated the needed to pay 30 percent more they never did
    They said they would find someone to install the doors *** said great
    This Instsller never went , we spoke to him and he said that the clients where way to complex so mr **** back to us and pleaded for us to install them after we were out of the I installation
    He even had the casing put in a certain way with the first 2 installers and after 6 units he decided he didn't like how they looked , we went took them off and put new ones in the different matter this cost us over 1,200.00. And we did not charge him for this change not a penny

    This company is clearly no doubt dishonest and we have more than enough witnesses including their own people (which have not been 10-12 installers) that all by itself is a lie. Believe there have been about 3-4 because they want to low ball the installers they hire so they do horrible work, our own Architect, current General Contractor, even the building INSPECTOR for the city (*******) and more than (3) other Carpenters that we have called to give us an assessment and their professional opinion of the work that has been done by this company. Their own installers and others that work for them have confirmed to us the same. If that's not enough witnesses to prove evidence we also have over 150+ photos of the bad work done by this company as well as the property damage. They left overspray residue on several areas of the home, to our brand new master closet white cabinetry and wall surrounding their black casing (black overspray in multiple places) and on the white ceilings, such as the family room. Damages alone are over $15,000. Which is much higher than the actual balance owed which is about $7,200 or so, not $8,000 as they claim. On another note the only issue isn't just and simply improper installation of casings but also the doors they gave us are damaged! They incorrectly opened the HINGES on the wrong side of most doors. So we have some doors with the shiny part of the glass facing inside the rooms and the other side facing out. The other major issue is all the glass inserts are all stained from within and nothing takes it off - their OWN PAINTER even attempted to do it (Joel) in front of their installer (*****) and we were present, witnessing this horrendous disaster. It couldn't be removed - they attempted 4 chemicals. They have destroyed walls, ceilings and cabinetry in our home as well as provided us with damaged doors and casings.

    Our front doors - which have been fully paid since January 2021, still they have continued to ignore and not correct. For the last 11 months battling with these dishonest owners.

    From my research on both of them - this is their norm and they are accustomed to doing business this way. They have been sued multiple times (it is public records, and they can lie all they want but it's easy to confirm with a quick search in county records). They continue to deceive and defraud homeowners of their hard earned money despite the multiple lawsuits and JUDGEMENTS against them.

    Only thing left to say our photos are available should the bureau be interested in receiving documented proof. We have been more than patient and have we tried to amicably resolve the multiple issues at hand without court intervention for the last (11) months with the exterior door and (4) months with the interior doors it is all well documented with plenty of photograph as evidence as well as multiple witnesses that can easily be deposed to obtain a formal testimony should this lead to that.

    Since we have not gotten anywhere with this company and we have exhausted all our options we are bringing this up to our attorney to take legal action against this company. I will reach out to the past Homeowners that are noted in public county records and will also present the case of dishonest and defrauding homeowners to the office of the state attorney. This company should be out of business and prosecuted for what they continue to do on a daily basis to homeowners. We are not the only one they have done this too, check public records and look at the multiple reviews online. This is normal business practice for them and they LIE when they reply to the homeowners complaints. To be expected from dishonest unethical and unscrupulous people.

    We have been in business for over 31 years and had 10 of thousands of clients including lawyers, judges ,mayors ,professionals ball players ect. we have never left anybody unsatisfied, the claims of the destruction of the house is some black paint on some drywall with is a cheap and quick fix with a painters roller , as far as the glass that is on the doors being where they don't want it to be they have never specified anything about that especially in writing , we had 11 people go in there to work ,we also have video and pictures of the doors , they only paid for 12,,200.00 out of 19,000.00 for 30 units total at an average of 633.00 ONLY PER UNIT this includes the labor to install the labor to paint them and the door and frame including the moldings they purchased the cheapest most inexpensive labor and doors available in the markets we have the invoices here for all to see that they paid for a class D Work and are demanding a
    500,00 per unit install job . They did not purchase this by far but even the to satisfy them we nailed the casing using 23 gauge pin nails and also
    clamped the casing together using liquid nail this required purchasing around 25 clamps this is NOT a casing installation practice this is reserved for the very high end jobs.class A
    There door cost is 315.00 per door only they claim that 3-4 have the glass are the opposite side in which they want them
    I give these numbers so that anybody can do the math if they wish to that , even if they replaced 3-4 doors it is only 1000.00-1,300.00 plus to touch up the 3 areas with a paint roller and the front door had nail holes that are not filled in,we have those pictures also in all at best they have 1,,600
    To do there changes and we told them to keep the 7,300.00 plus an additional 300.00 for a door to the pantry that we were asked to modify and put glass to mimic the other doors they never paid that either
    We offer the invoices as proof of what they purchased is what they received.
    Note when I installed last door which I was there with mr **** he looked everything over saw something in the front Door touched it up and he paid a small portion at that time he had been all day there with us
    ALL THAT IS THERE IS COSMETIC
    but we offered to pull out of this job since there is satisfying them
    Very important we had installed 6 units only and he said he would have some one else install the rest of the doors so we pulled out . A week later he came begging at our office and pleaded to the lady's at the office and me on the phone to please go and continue because the Installer they found who I spoke to said he would not work for this man I also have he's contact , so I went and personally worked at the house with 3 other installers and helpers these Instaler are not the first 2 we had sent.
    That giving up our balance is more than generous, if they wish to go a different route we also have other available options to take. One more thing they also did the same thing to there first gc
    So it is clear that not no one is good enough for them

    This company seems to be in the habit of being dishonest and has an EXTENSIVE list of LAWSUITS filed against them. Facts: 1) Verified with the State of Florida: The company has only been in business 11 years not 31 as they claim. 2) Verified with County Records: Their statement of never having a dissatisfied client is also false - as the following lawsuits were filed and settled, resulting in Doors Galour having to pay the customers for their unsatisfactory work even though they claim to have never had a dissatisfied customer.

    ***** ****** vs Doors Galour - lawsuit filed January 2021. Claim amount $30,001-$50,000. Settled in mediation on November 19, 2021.

    Sesame Holdings, LLC vs Doors Galour - lawsuit filed February 2018 - Settled under a settlement stipulation where Doors Galour was ordered to pay $7,918.00

    ******* **** vs. Doors Galour - lawsuit filed July 2012 - settled with a final judgment ordering Doors Galour to pay $4,375 (full amount of claim) + court cost of $360.

    ***** ********* vs. Doors Galour - lawsuit filed October 2011. Settlement agreement which ***** ****** executed to pay the plaintiff for damages as per the claim.

    And the list goes on and on, this is very easily proven with the county records office. The fact is this company and its owners are dishonest, untrustworthy and deceiving the public.

    The company seems to spend more time in court trying to defend themselves against these types of claims than actually producing a legitimate business.
