      Incredible, took a while to finish then only made one hole. This is for a home not commercial. When the installers came they were frustrated as now I would have to call the company and make the second hole. Hopefully they will fix the problem quickly. I have to waste my time and go there and ask them to come and open the second hole. I went there w my wife to upgrade our front door for hurricane protection. I spoke w manufacturer they said only intuitive was to take door back and remake new one but at additional cost. I asked to send a person and drill other hole. They said they do not do this, I'm out of luck and new door is on.

      Hello ******, as said before,

       

      we made the door exactly to the specs that were ordered. 

       

      We offered to replace the lateral piece on site at a cost. We are trying to help you but we cannot render services for free.

      The door cannot simply be drilled on site as the door holes and lock holes have set heights made by machines and we cant allow human error on site. 

      We would like to help and would appreciate your feed back.

      Most if not all home doors have or come with 2 holes, only businesses come with one hole.  I do not see why my door was only drilled with one hole.  Never asked for door to be done with one hole.  should have been 2 holes and since this is not my error should be resolved without any further charge.

      I purchased an impact door from this merchant 6/29/22 and by the end of 2023 the glass started changing color to purple. Now the glass of the door is purple.I called them to inform them about this issue, and they told me I had to send an email with my claim. I did it, I even sent a certified letter. They ignored that and never replied to any of those. Since they do no to talk to me, or write anything to me. I just do not know what to do, and I'm afraid that glass my break with the wind when I need the protection the most, since we do not know why it changed color. Please help

      #EMC - This window and door company that I purchased from through my builder ************** has neglected to service their product in all aspects. *The deliver was wrong. It took months to resolve. *The sliding glass door configuration is wrong. This door won't slide, shut and cannot lock. *No sales person has been on the premises to review this issue and to resolve this. *Window screens were missing. Then they arrived damaged or not able to align with the window. *After $$$$ and time spent - I have not found a solution to these awful problems. *Not one person or the owner would personally call me back to resolve this issue. *It should have been resolved. **Numerous phone-calls go unanswered. **No one ever picks up the phone. **After taking my money - they have become unavailable. ***Certainly uncaring enough to return a phone-call and to make right the situation. ***Pricing may be so competitive that this company doesn't care enough for repeat clients with non-service such as this. *** I just want to have my windows and doors done right.#emcbadwindowcompany #emcbadstormdoor #emcbadservicecompany #emcterriblefloridawindow #emcwindowsanddoors

We have not had any communication or knowledge on any of the issues raised above with neither you or ************** not giving us any opportunity to remedy any issued that *** have came from the mentioned order. We have not had any communication and your contractor placed the order with us. Nor have we ever been to the property. EMC Windows is proud to stand behind its high quality products and customer service and we would like to help you remedy any issues that you *** have with our products.       This is to update and inform that the ****************** has fixed all the issues pertaining to their windows and doors that was delivered to my house from the original order. They have full-filled what I deemed necessary to be satisfied with the quality of installations for all products on my house along with replacing missing parts.

      On October 7th, 2021 I informed the ********** that the front door that they installed was not the correct door that we ordered. During the installation process, I told the installer that this was not the correct door and that it did not include the decorative inserts for the glass that we ordered. He assured me that they could be installed later. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls regarding this. I have received responses like "I'll follow up with the installers and I will get back to you" or "we sent someone out a few days ago" but no one ever was sent out. They are now just ignoring my emails
