            I placed an order and I soon realized I had used the wrong address. I notified the ************** allowed me to purchase a replacement order for *****. That order was delivered. The original order was disposed of by the **** according to the tracking number & unable to be returned to sender. Because it was not delivered, it is preventing me from being able to cancel the subscription. I reached out via email where I was told I would get a refund and I also contacted them via messenger where I was told they would send out a replacement order. Neither thing happened and all communication has stopped between both email and messenger. I want to continue to do business with the company because I like the product but the fact that they have stopped all communication and have not followed through on what they said they would do has me upset. I would like a full refund or a replacement order sent out.

            First, I ordered this after reading everything on the advertisement. When it arrived, I realized that it is 67.5% Bovine Collagen Peptides = NOT VEGAN, so I will not consume it, and something not disclosed in the advert. . Additionally, it contains a high dose of L-Theanine, something that should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women - and there is no warning on the packaging. I immediately asked for aa return/refund and have received 6 auto-generated responses, one human response telling me they could not find my account, and no responses in over a week. SO this is mostly NOT mushrooms, mostly cow bits and other things. My friends tell me the coffee is about the same as Folgers Crystals - cheap dehydrated goo. I am guessing the markup on this product is immense, but people are catching on to poor business practices.
