    I was charged $297 on 5/22/23 and I have yet to receive my medication a month later; therefore I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the $297. Despite leaving voicemails, chat messages, and emails, no one from this company can be reached, and no one has contacted me or replied back. I will have to cancel my credit card so I won't continue to get charged by this company for another month and receive no medication since no one responds timely or answers phone calls, voicemails, emails or chat messages. Apparently, they will just keep charging you month after month and they don't care if you actually receive the product you paid for or not.

    I signed up w MD Exam and had inital consult on 5/31. I was told then RX would take 14 business days to go to pharmacy and would be shipped 6/20. I sent a chat message around 6/1 to make sure RX would not be sent while i was out of town, and received confirmation that my RX was at the phramacy and would ship 6/20. From that time on, I received no communication. My portal never updated with additional information, nothing. I sent chat messages on 6/16, 6/17, 6/19, 6/20 and 6/21, I sent email today and called as well. I have received no response from anything. My messages that I sent 6/16- 6/20 were also deleted from the chat history, with no response. I posted on their social media account asking to confirm RX. I received an automated message back that they would be in touch in 48 hours, but I have no confidence that will happened. I paid $675 for a 3 month RX, and they took that payment immediately. WIth their track record, I am concerned I will not get my RX.

    I was charged 5/21 and again today 6/21 $297 ea. with no call back and no meds sent to me. I have called and the answering service is a loop with no live agents and no answers to emails,

    I had a consultation with MDExam specifically *********************** on 5/30/2023. I signed up for the 3 month plan $675. ***** told me to call back any time and anyone could help me, but no one answers the phone or the patient portal. They charged my credit card $675 on 5/31/2023. I was told to expect the product in 10 days to two weeks. It has been three weeks they do not answer the phone. In the rare occasion I reach someone nothing they tell me happens. The patient portal still says no orders placed. I was told last week by ************** that the pharmacy filling orders in ** was backed up and they were sending it to a different pharmacy. Still nothing. I want a refund this is a SCAM.

    *********************,  We do apologize about the delay and yes your prescription was moved to another pharmacy to be processed as you were told on June 16th and it was delivered 7 days later on June 23rd.  I do see that you filed a chargeback against us, so we have canceled your subscription and sent you a notice of this on June 27th.

    I made contact with MD Exam for weight loss meds and had an online evaluation on 5/18/2023 where I was prescribed samaglutide. I have yet to receive the medicine from Md Exam or any pharmacy associated with them . I have called numerous times, told my initial $50 would be refunded, it never has been. I am currently out $670. As of today, they have not returned my call, as promised with a solution or a refund.

    This company has charged my credit card but has not delivered their product as promised. When I call they me on the way but I never receive it.

    *********************,  reached on on June 6th to inquire about prescription.  they had been advised of a production delay at the pharmacy which we were hoping that pharmacy would have it resolved quickly.  at that time they were also giving a discount for the delay.  In addition to that discount ********************* also received a refund for her April payment as that prescription had not been shipped. I have moved her prescription to another pharmacy and she should receive this within the next week.

    Signed up for MDEXAM via my primary care providers office. I paid $675 for a three month supply of semaglutide injections. Order placed on 5/15/2023. I received only 1 out of 3 months supply of mediation. Ive only got one more week of mediation left. Ive contacted MDEXAM via email and also via telephone requesting updates regarding the rest of my medication. On May 30, 2023 I sent an email asking for an update regarding the remaining portion of my medication. I was advised the following:Hello ***********,I am happy to hear you received your first month of medication! The pharmacy is actually working on sending out your 3-Month injections as well in addition to the shipment you received. On my end I can see where you received the shipment, but it also appears that the pharmacy is still processing your 3-Month supply and it should be sent out soon! I would encourage you to use the shipment you have now until you receive your 3-Month supply which will be delivered before you complete your first cycle. I sent another email for another update on June 9, 2023. I was advised that the Semaglutide medication is in stock. Once the pharmacy receives scripts they currently have a **** business day turnaround time. Its been more than 15 days. My cycle now finishes in 1 week. I do not understand why I am being given the run around. This is a medication for the management of chronic obesity which is a medical illness. This is not Botox cosmetic. I need my medication immediately and I need an actual honest answer in regards to the delay. It bothers me to see that this company continues to advertise on its website and Instagram about this comprehensive program that is just not existent. You have not been able to deliver what you are advertising. You should take ************** more seriously especially as health care providers.

    when ******************* reached out to inform us that he did not receive his full prescription as he had signed up for the 12 week program not the 6 week program. He advised at the time that he only had 3 weeks worth of medication left. Our Rep ******** our pharmacy team to get this corrected and on June 28th Mr ******** received an addition 12 weeks worth of medication for a total of 18 weeks at the price of the 12 week program.

    I started with MD Exam back in 2022. I was in their phentermine weight loss program, kept getting over charge so they tried to fix. **** hassle, then went to their Semglutide program in December because of all the hassles *** the owner was charging me 197. Got my first order, late getting my second, should be every 4 weeks and the precharge. Let's where it gets bad. My third order was overchargeit took a week to resolve got it match. Then I got charged 297 again, never received Aprils or May, got charge again now it's **** and I have literally been told for 8 weeks that my meds are on the way. They have derailed my weight loss program because I've been without it for so long I have to start over. You can't do that to **************. I work for a large health carrier and to watch this company take money and not give the medication us criminal. The medicine has a side effect that's very debilitating. The still have my money on 197 the owe me and a prescription. If this company can't operate professionally they should be shut down. They are putting people cheat at risk.

    ***************,  has been in contact with our team consistently every month and has been issued a refund for all months that a prescription was not filled.  Over the past few months our pharmacies have experienced a production delay due to a shortage.  This production delay has been resolved and *************** receive her latest prescription on June 22, 2023.  Per her request the subscription has been canceled and she will not be charged again.

    I have been charged monthly since November 2022. The last two times, I have not received any medication. I cannot get anyone to reply to me from MDExam. I have been without for almost three weeks.

    *************** spoke with a rep on June 21st and advised the patient that the doctor is requesting updated health information before he can write the prescription.  ******* sent to link to book an appointment which is now scheduled for 7/5/23.  We also refunded the JUne payment since the May has not been shipped due to needing this information.
