    I called the company requesting information about a product but decided not to buy it since it didnt fulfill my expectations. They have being calling me everyday ever since , harassing me at all times; Ive kindle asked them to remove my contact information since I never agreed to be contacted by them or to use my personal information. I dont know what else to do since they keep calling me and they are rude and disrespectful when I ask not to call me again.

    First of all, we apologize for the delay in responding to this case. For several months now, we have been investigating a situation where a company is inappropriately using our brand to exploit our reputation and credibility of over 25 years. They have been offending and mistreating people to try to generate sales. We have observed this with some of our customers who have received calls from sales agents pretending to be us. In this particular case, ************************* may have contacted us at some point to request information, but since the sale was not finalized, we do not harass our customers out of respect for them. We sincerely apologize for all these inconveniences. Like many others, we are negatively affected because our brand and reputation are being damaged by unscrupulous individuals who are using us for their benefit. We need your assistance as a protective entity to help clarify the situation with this company causing so many problems. Additionally, we formally request a meeting with an agent to review the steps to join the BBB. Thank you for your assistance.

    I am rejecting this response because I am still getting calls on a daily basis, including Sundays; The situation is becoming unmanageable.
