    Rip off of a company. Bought a $200+ controller that did not work after 5 minutes of use. Contacted customer service and they will make your run around to get evidence that shows videos numerous times to show what is happening with your the controllers when playing. Then message a few times, tell you they will contact you then absolute crickets. You will not hear a peep from them. This company is under new management. I previously had ordered about 3-4 controllers previously as gifts and for myself. Was going to do that again but dont waste your time. The service now is horrible and the merchandise is a brick that cant be used for anything but a paperweight. Spend elsewhere for reliable products.

    I purchased the PS5 dualsense edge modded controller with the Juggernaut package which is listed for $344.98 on their website. When the controller arrived I started setting it up. The first thing I noticed while playing COD was the fast reload mod wouldn't work right. It would dump the mag but not put one back in. After contacting support I learned that you have to reprogram the controller for each different weapon. Funny they don't mention that in their sale brochure. So....to be able to use the mod during game play....everytime you pick up a different weapon, you have to stop in the middle of a fight and reprogram the controller. Not quite ready for prime time on that one.
    They also installed the mod button right where you grip the controller....not sure which Einstien thought that would be a good idea. During game play you constantly turn mods on and off unintentionally.
    I contacted support again and said I wanted to return the POS for a refund. On their website they list a restocking fee of 15% for returns because of the custom nature. I ordered a standard package advertised on their website, nothing custom or one off. I asked if they would waive the fee because it's not custom, they will not waive the fee and I hadn't even had the controller a week. That's over $50 for the pleasure of returning their junk that I already paid a ton of money for.
    I guess my options are to open the controller and try and reverse their mods and disable the mod button so I at least have a controller that works.
    Such a shame. I have one of their Xbox 360 controllers from years ago that worked perfect. Obviously they are out of their league with the new hardware.
    Buyer beware. Just say NO!

    Our mod controllers are heavily reviewed by the community including video tutorials and product impressions. Instructions are transparently listed on the site, there are also forums community where every question can be answered by other gamers or Mega team experts.

    The customer contacted support team after receiving the product and trying it not being happy about how it worked.

    He was given tips on fast reload and other mods, provided with all tutorials and decided to return the product. 

    We have no problem with returns and have a return and warranty policy listed on the site transparently. As long as the prodoct is sent back to us within indicated time frame and the controller is not damaged, you get a refund within 2-5 business days. A restocking fee is withheld for every return as controllers are custom made. 

    We have adviced in the policy and provided steps on how to proceed but kept on getting emails about waving a restocking fee and never received the product. 

    The language used with reps in the last emails was less than appropriate as well. We will provide and operate exactly as per the Policy the customer is aware of.

    they said my package was delivered it was not! not to mention no phone number no response! im out ****** bc of this I call fraud! im calling my bank and now my son does not have is bday gift thanks!

    The customer didn't look up the package tracking updates via the link. The package has been delivered, and customer thanked us. We asked to remover the review, however I am not sure they will comply. I have proofs of communications with them, but not able to add the file here.
