    I am filing a complaint against Lusso Auto Club, LLC (FEI/EIN: **********), DBA Magic City Auto, located at ******************************************************************, owned and operated by **** ******** (DL#O416-525-94-003-0), for fraudulent vehicle sale practices. I purchased a 2019 white ***** Trax (VIN: *****************) and paid $11,180.00 in full on January 17, 2024. Despite this, I have not received the title or proper registration for the vehicle, only receiving temporary tags.Upon further inquiry at a tag agency, I learned that the vehicle has a lienholder, information that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I contacted *** ********, who informed me that the business had gone bankrupt and refused to refund my payment.     I signed a consignment contract to sell my automobile through the auto dealer, Magic City Auto, with the promise that they had a buyer to purchase my car the same day and week. They promised that the car would not be moved from the lot until we had the fundings in our accounts from the buyer. They held my automobile for the duration of 30 days, based on the contract before I retrieved it back. Throughout the 30 days of the vehicle in their possession, they kept telling me the same story of waiting for the funding to come through into the accounts. When we retrieved the vehicle, they had doubled the mileage, missing floor mats, and went through almost $100 worth of tolls with my license plate on it. They had blamed everything on us and refused to provide any apology, explanation, or compensation. After further review, I have video recordings from the vehicle cameras of people driving and smoking throughout the 30 days. Please help me, ******.

    Hello,

    We have a consignment agreement with this customer about helping her sell her vehicle. The agreement was when the vehicle was sold and funded we would pay them. She became very impatient with the sell process of the vehicle and both parties agreed to return the vehicle to the customer so that she could take it. The customer we had on the vehicle we ended up selling another vehicle too and lost money on the deal for the inconvenience. We tried finliaizing the deal but she didnt want to wait. We return the vehicle in perfect state and we even washed the vehicle for her. The vehicle was also fixed with a couple new parts our own customer saw that were damaged. Not only did we return the vehicle back to her in perfect state but we did a couple repairs that weren't charged to her since we took in consideration the miles that were added. We weren't the once that canceled the deal we were willing to finalize it so did our customer. She decided not to do any more business with us.

    This is a completely false response. First off, I am a male. My vehicle is new and dropped it off with less than **** miles on it. How could there be anything that would require repairs? It appears that whoever responded to my complaint did not read it thoroughly. Please read it again and respond accordingly.

    The business states that there were repairs made. However, did not provide us any list or details of said repairs during, before, or after the return of the vehicle. The contract was for 30 days, and the vehicle was returned at the 30 days mark.
    I had patience in selling the vehicle, however, the business refused to provide any details on statuses or proof of any customers purchasing the vehicle.
    The proof that I have are the miles added to the vehicle, invoices from the tolls, photos of before and after the vehicle was dropped off and retrieved with and then without the *** floor mats, and video recordings from the onboard cameras of them driving the vehicle around ***** and smoking inside it.

    Nothing but thugs and scammers here. They claim to buy cars, then when you turn your car they state they will buy under consignment, sell the vehicle give a temporary tag to the new client, Play games to pay your money for a month or two and then return the car back with excessive mileage wear and tear. My car was returned with three thousand miles over than when i gave it for consignment ***** kept playing games kept telling me the loan had not been approved but it was processing and thats the reason why he would not pay me after a month gave me a check for $10,000 that bounced the account had no funds and its always negative after i threatened them to report my car stolen because they were not paying me made me go back a week and a half later saying they would have the money cash for the $10k that bounced plus the $1k that would finalize the sale. To my surprise when i go for final payment the car was returned with extra mileage ***** miles to be exact and $0 for usage. They called the client that had taken the car all the way to panama city 16 hours from miami to bring it back. This place should be shut down for illegal practices. All of these people are full of lies and scams ***** never answered the phone never gave the face and told a worker to give my keys and the car. *****. They take advantage of people that fall for their shady dealer. The owner **** is never there never gives his face neither and send his workers to deliver his commands with his thugs

    First off thankyou so much for listening an just Thankyou. But my name is **************** went to magic city auto an tried to get an car so they acted like I was approved gave them **** in cash an also the sales manager ****** called me back to back an also the tax guy there ***** he kelp calling me for the remaining den payment so I paid them another 650 so that put my den payment to **** I owe them but mind you the whole time they knw I never got approval from the the bank that I was approved so the so they trying to squeeze much as cash out of me repeatedly telling me how fast can I finish the **** balance knowing well that I was not approved so they let me lave with the car I have the car at least 8days an they give me an call hey ******* we forgot some paperwork you need to sign. I respond wat paperwork I thought everything was an deal so I drive back once I got off work from the garbage company an drove way over there wen I arrived ***** say c** inside he go in the back room an c** out an say you need an co signed. I said how I thought the deal with the bank went threw so he responded oh you did not get approved so I said you told me I was approved eight days ago an he said oh sumtimes things happen the took the keys to the car back from me an told me there were getting ready to close you can c** back tomorrow we eill fix this that wat ***** an the sales manager ****** said so I had to find an ride all the way back in the nw area to get home. I came back the next day at 9:30 am b4 the open I sat at the carlot all the way from 9:30am to 8pm I started crying asking them pleading with them for my money back in total they have **** in cash of my hard working money so they say c** back tomorrow were gonna give you your refund back I came back the next day at 3pm an I received an company check of my refund I went straight to the check ****** an it bounced I went back to the carlot then ***** said the owner said could you hold on til it Monday wen he transfer the funds Monday came nothing an they laught at me an keep telling me c** back c** back an the gonna write me an cashier check wen I came back they said oh you have to wait hon the owner to sign the check nothing happened yet it been going on since October 26 2023 I received an company check November 3 2023 an it bounced I been getting the run around back n forth I c** real far like 30min away for about two weeks straight nothing happened they not answering the phones they not answering there cell number they gave me text messages nothing I am so hurt I pick up garbage everyday 13hours shifts an they took everything I saved

    I purchased a vehicle from this company around February or March 2023. They sold me the faulty car where theres $2000 worth of work under the hood that needs to be done. I pay $500 a month on a car note I still have not got my decal from my hard tag and its been almost a year I called them I have videos of me calling them no reply I have text messages me texted him no reply. I just want my down payment back that I pay which is $4000 and they can have a truck back The website has a whole bunch of bad reviews Im a single mother I dont know anything about cars so I went by myself to get a car and they sold me a lemon. The traction on the truck is real bad and I have six kids to ride around in that car and theyre not trying to help me to ignore me. I dont know what to do at this point I just want my money back so I can find a reliable car , theyre not trying to help me youre not trying to work with me the channel to help me fix it or not try to do anything I have more pictures and videos, but it would not allow me to upload

    I traded in my 2018 ******* Elantra that they paid off in exchange with 2yr payments for a 2014 ****** altima only in return after 3 days of driving it the transmission started to slip. They tiwed the vehicle from my home back to the dealership then supposedly to a mechanic I've been 5 days without a car and catching the bus, Uber, and paying people to take me to work. The employees at magic city auto will not ************* and when they do they leave me on hold and I've been hung up on several times they've even told me I call too much now I have no car at all. I have 2 jobs and children to take care of I need my vehicle this is seriously depressing me. I have no answers and they continue to blow me off like I'm the problem.

    I purchased a vehicle in February 2023. I had problems with a truck. They said he was going to fix them. They never fix them. They never got my tag on the proper paperwork for the bank for me to pay the bank. Its been over three months and they still have not called me. Tell me anything about the bank tell me anything about my tag they wont answer the phone of calling and calling and calling and nothing I have recordings of all the calls I called again this morning like three times from my personal number. Were going on me having this truck for almost a year and I have not got the proper paperwork. I have not been able to drive it or do anything because I dont have a tag because they have not got my tag register or can find the paperwork for my truck and all I want is for my money back for this truck and no one is picking up the phone so I can talk to someone to get my money back for his truck so I really need help finding another place so I can get my paperwork or the money back for my truck

    my mother buy me a car in this dealer and after we ***** with the bank and took the car home we find out car was a rebuilt title and the muffler is all rust and damage,this was never explained to us by the dealer representative pictures attached,i called the dealear manager never ansewer the phone only salesman and promised fix the probleam and never a solutions was made

    May 17 2022 I did a trade in a denali 2018 for an infinity 2022 at this dealer . The 10 day pay off til this date hasnt been done to the bank (***** Fargo ) no one cant give me an answer , no paperwork on the infinity been giving to me either . After calling and going to find out why they havent paid the denali and no answer I filed a police report . My credit and my moms since I bought the car with him been going down . Thanks

    Hi I bought this car in March , I made a deal with them I put 6k down payment I asked for extended warranty, and gap insurance , they let me took the car a Range Rover 2016 . Couple months after they repo the car because they said the bank didnt finance me , they returned the car because it was their mistake but its a mission , later on I found out they financed me with another bank and they didnt put the gap or warranty insurance I asked for and signed . I asked for help , the car ended up breaking and I found out they couldnt fix it because they never put warranty on the car , being their mistake but still nothing , also I had the car since March they never gave me a tag a real tag , they got me two temporary tags and then one tag on someone else name . I honestly dont even know what to do anymore , I have no car after I paid them All that money , Im a single mom I dont want them to keep doing this to people .
