  Was talking to sales person ***** ***** about a car. Get to the dealership and car isn't there. Not only is it not there but the car they have listed has flood damage and taken to auction. What a way to scam people to drive down there to see a car that's not even there . ****** R

  I had a fantastic experience with Ferco Motors. ******, the manager, secured a loan with the terms we wanted and even delivered the car to our home. 10 stars in my book for sure

  Car came with lots of issues/problems. Issues include: Trunk not closing properly, rear bumper not installed correctly, busted motor mount, defective rear suspension chock, worn out tires, air compressor noises, electronic key works when it wants to, missing car ************ and worn out shift handle. Car shows multiple signs of body repairs. Don't fall for their lies!

  They lie to you from your very first phone call. We called them twice to confirm the availability of a specific car they have promoted on Offer Up. I was assured several times that the car was available as well as several others just like it. I asked them to please be honest because it was a long drive for us and they responded that they would never do that to us..... well they did. When we got there, the person on the lot didn't know what we were talking about. They try to lure you in by telling you exactly what you want to hear and push another car on you. Why would you trust a dealership that lies to you from the very first phone call. Bait and switch.

  The person who lied to me is *******. Went to this place looking for a truck, told themg I have a co signer, which is my uncle. After completing my paperwork and going to my uncles house for his signature on the application, and after the payment was made was when I was told ONLY his name would be on the car, not before the payment but after. And also told my uncle and his wife when we went for the application signing that there IS a warranty for 30 days. As soon as we got back to the office he basically said look no warranty. To be tricked into a contract and then be told that its only in my uncle name after the payment was made is pure hogwash. These people are scammers who are only looking for commission. How can you tell me the my name is NOT on the contract and then they let me drive off with a vehicle in someone elses name. WTF this has to be illegal. Not telling the whole story or allowing me to talk it over with my uncle now has me in a messed up position. Unacceptable, you dont lie to people and put them in contract just so you can get commission. You told my uncles wife its a 30 day warranty but then tell me after we leave look there is no warranty. Wow, my name is ***************************** why would they allow me to drive off in a car thats under ***************************. My name is NO WHERE on the title. Oh I almost forgot asked to do a positive review BEFORE all the lies were exposed. Very slick.

  To b honest. Giving them one star is being way too generous. These ppl are frauds. U can never talk to a manager on the phone or in person. And the salesmen will pitch the same line. "Trust them that the car will get fixed." Well guest what. Over a month with my car after agreeing to fix it. Im still with out my car. Ive called and showed up so many times and they never tell me when it will b fixed. But its being worked on at a mechanic shop. I pulled up to the dealership on April 10th. Again ******* tells me to trust them that the car is getting fixed. As he explaining it to me I look over across the street and see my car just parked. Same marks I made showing that it hasnt been worked on. So now the car has been in there possession longer then I have had it in my possession.. *** not trust these ppl this company needs to b shut down. Especially after all the nonsense they leave ppl hanging with.
