      My name is ******************* and I have been using Assist Card for my students and myself for more that 15 years. On December 30, 2023 I had an accident in ******. I called Assist Card and they requested all the verification needed for the case. I had to fly on January *********************************** to return to the United Sates. I had to buy a ticket in Business class due to my condition after surgery for my broken patella. I had to resend all the invoices and proves of my condition by the end of January 2024. I've called and written several times to find out when I'm going to receive the refund for all the expenses I had. The people that answered on the phone always said they'll call me back and they will put it on priority case which i didn't happen. I is a nightmare. I haven't been able to work full time.My Claims: 02471186-01 (trip interruption) and 02471183-01 (medical). {*****} I hope that this review gets to the right person and the necessary steps are taken to solve my case.

      WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! I had never dealt with an insurance company before but I doubt they are all like Assist Card. First of all, theres nobody @ the ***************** you can talk to over the phone. Everything is done through e-mail and obviously, they can take up to 3 or 4 months to reply to you. My Moms claim was accepted in October 2020 and almost 3 years later the Hospital where my Mom was treated hasnt seen a ***** from them. For the last 4 years, we have have to deal with the daily collections agency phone call and the worst part.... my Moms credit record has been affected really bad thanks to ASSIST CARD.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM ASSIST CARD!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

      My mom had an eye injury and they sent us a voucher to be seen in the emergency room I think is the best but you have to call and press 1 let them know is an emergency it was in Sunday and she was seen

      This is the best insurance I've ever had. My father required an appendicectomy, and these folks created a United Health card in no time for us to use at the emergency room. They continually called to be sure we are helped. Our policy had a coverage for $35K, and they not only paid the hospital that, but exceeded the amount and paid $38k, including addiitonal doctor's appointments and follow up after the surgery. I will recommend this company in a hard beat!
