    I bought a ticket to ******* for more money because I had a suitcase and in the end they charged me another $65 for the suitcase. They are liars.

    I had a very bad experience today with Mytrip travel agency flight booking . Due to their mistake my whole family were waiting for close to 4 hours at airport . We were not allowed to check inband board the flight and at last due to my 4 year kid started getting cranky need to get back home. I will never book and suggest not to book a flight ticket with Mytrip travel agency.

    Worst site EVERuse at your own risk!We booked a RT flight from ****** to ********* and they changed the date twice, once on the back end which we then just added a night at a hotel and then once on the front end which put us arriving AFTER our event was over! And this was with booking the flight four ******************* we had to cancel the flight and rebook through another airline only weeks before the event which cost us an additional $500.I will NEVER use this mytrip site again and I do NOT recommend.

    Please do not be fooled by this company. They robbed me and many others. Very shortly after my flights were booked I received an email saying that the airline cancelled one of my flights. Mytrip agents insisted the refund request was sent to the airline. After contacting the refund department of the airline with specific ID info they said they never received such requests and in fact warned me of this company. It has been one year and still nothing. Apparently, they SCAM every other person- so to appear 'legit'. It has been a very disheartening experience to be robbed of several hundred dollars and I wish to warn others.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would give a 0 star if I could!!! I booked a round trip through this company and was informed that with my layover I will need to lay for my checked bag twice!!! During my departure I had the same layover with the same airlines and didn't have the cost but on my return flight was informed I would need to pay since MyTrip and the airlines booked two flights instead one. Talk about hidden fees and lack of communication on both parties behalf. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T BOOK WITH MYTRIP!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. #RIDICULOUS

    This business is a ****. I received an email less than 24 hours before my flight telling me that they were having an issue with their system and basically delegated responsibility onto me to verify my trip, etc. Come to find out, our flight was changed months ago and I was NEVER made aware. Instead, the airlines said they emailed me but had an email that I never provided. My Trip took no responsibility for any of it and a week later, for our flight home, I got the same email from them regarding their system being down... I honestly think the have these emails scheduled at all times to wipe their hands clean and pawn off their jobs onto the customers who have essentially paid them to do the job they become responsible for. Never again. BUYER BEWARE. I sat on hold for 20 minutes while someone "tried" to help only to tell me I'd have to call the airline. They do nothing.

    Im extremely disappointed with this platform. I accidentally misspelled one letter in my name and was told it would cost $44 just to fix it. Thats outrageous for such a small errorespecially when Ive made similar corrections for free directly with *************** in the ******* make things worse, I was told someone would call me, but the call came from a UK number at 8:00 AM, which I didnt recognize and assumed was spam. Then I got an email confirming the charge of $44 to fix one letter.This whole experience has been frustrating, and honestly, I wont be using this platform again. Charging nearly $50 for a simple name correction feels like taking advantage of customers.

    I mistakenly book a leg of my flight that is normally up to 3 hours, with a 21 hour flight due to an overnight layover. After waiting close to an hour in chat to be told that I had to contact another airline. Needless to say, I am still stuck with the 21 hour flight from Albuquerque to Phoenix.
