      **************** does not care to help. Have a 16yo traveling home to ************ from ********** and flight was delayed to the point of not being able to catch second flight. Not only can you not understand the heavy accent but they also refused to Let me speak to someone in management. Demanding that a minor traveling alone for the first time take the late flight and miss the connection. Said they would try to help After he is stranded in ***** alone. Understand we are not getting any kind of help or refund, we found another airlines to get him home. This business continues to send messages to this minor after being told to stop. Once threatened with BBB that are now harassing this child

      Was flying back to **** from Rarotonga with jetstar when the flight was cancelled and we were redirected to AirNZ. The additional flight cost an extra $1000 plus. Jetstar has refunded the cancelled flight cost to kiwi.com but we have received nothing. Our flight was on the 9th April. Kiwi.com does not have a contact number nor email address so cannot be located. Total right off kiwi.com....shame on you

      Kiwi charges twice as much as the airlines to check your bag. After I booked and paid for baggage, I received an email stating Kiwi was unable to book the checked bag and they would issue a refund. This was on 7/17/2022. It is 8/9/2022 and I still havent received a refund. I have contacted Kiwi customer service about the issue and they have yet to respond.

      They charges me $1700 for 3 tickets and then couple weeks later few days before I travel they said airline canceled my flights, called airline united airline and they assured me that my agent (kiwi) canceled my flight tickets for my group of 3 while we were 5 people with 2 reservations and they only canceled the 3 and kept the other 2, they send me an email saying united canceled the flights due Covid and they only offered me $100 refund, so basically rip me off with $1600 for something they did, and good luck getting hold of someone speak English or even understand what you are saying. Nighest scams and fraud company, I will file a law suit against them if I have too
