              June of 2022 we signed up for a vacation package at our resort in *******. The package was $10,000. We paid $2500 up front and now have $170 per month charged to our credit card until the balance is paid in full. What we have and what were promised are false. We were promised a free trip to anywhere in ****************** Republic, when I called to book they said that we hadn't paid enough on our plan to use. We were given 2 dream vacation weeks to use by 7/31/2023. I have been trying for 7 months now to use these and they keep being denied. I call and get sent everywhere and everyone wants to pass me off to someone else. I do at this point feel that this was a scam. I want my money refunded, however I doubt that they will ever honor it.

              Had a not too bad experience buying a couple of certificates a few years back - i knew where i was going and there were a few that were free, except for a small booking fee. took my family to ******, ******** and *********. i knew where i was going. so purchased another package and it was a total scam. paid 598 USD for 7 certificates and they are crappy hotels and are more than what i would pay on other travel ********** your money
