    This is a car-towing company operated by ******** criminals and I have a hard time believing that the City of Miami allows them to operate with so much criminality mercilessly ABUSING people when wrongfully towed their vehicles without any justification and later ask for a lot of money to be able to get it out of the yard.This criminal company needs to be INVESTIGATED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT and they should be PENALIZED FOR FRAUD that they are so BLATANTLY committing.

    Nu-say towing is just beyond disrespectful. They try to illegally tow you while youre in your car waiting for a spot to open in a small parking lot, they reverse behind aggressively to try to take your car while youre still in it!!! They literally almost crashed into my car twice yesterday trying to reverse to tow me while Im sitting in it, trying to accelerate to move away from them, then they want to react as if Im the one in the wrong? These are grown men who are beyond disrespectful and are little just playing cars

    Firstly, my sincere apologies for the incident that occurred.One of our main priorities is the way to proceed when towing a vehicle on private property. I will not at any time try to justify the unjustifiable. Respect and good manners when conducting ourselves must be present at all times. We take matters like this very seriously so that they do not happen again. Again my apologies and my promise that situations like these will never be repeated.

    Towing company towed my vehicle out of a building parking garage that gets paid for monthly. When they towed my vehicle I was out of town and they never notified me or my financing company or insurance company of the tow. When I found out my vehicle was towed I told them I will fly in on the weekend to get it back and they said ok, the weekend comes and they decided to lie and say my vehicle was no longer there and they sold it at auction. They also said if I want it back i would have to pay them double the premium price for it. I called the cops multiple times and each time they said they were locked out of their system and couldnt give me any info on the whereabouts of my car as I am no longer the owner and it was sold at auction. I had a tracker on my slingshot vehicle and every time I checked it it was located in their tow yard so they never sold it at auction. When I hired a private investigator I found out that my vehicle is now registered under the two companies owner to his private address and when I passed by the house the slingshot was parked in the driveway surrounded by a bunch of other cars I would only assume was stolen from their owners as well. This business needs to be shut down immediately and all vehicles should be returned by owner. The tow company removed my tracker off my vehicle and he is now driving around with my slingshot al while to this day the title to the slingshot is still active to me and my lienholder. Nu way towing is a scam business full of thieves and liars. Shut this business down as soon as possible. They will steal your cars!!!

    July 22, 2022, we received a request from the *********** *********************** located at ************************ to tow a 2021 Polaris Slingshot (white) because the owner of vehicle was in violation of the rules and regulations of said property which establish That all vehicles parked on the property must have a decal. We comply with all the protocol pertinent to towing companies in which it is clearly established: First send letters to everyone who has to do with the towed vehicle, which is done after the first 7 to 10 days of being in our possession.. The owner of the vehicle or lien holder has a maximum of 35 to 40 days to make any claim.. After that it is put up for auction.. We faithfully adhered to all the corresponding procedures and proceeded according to them. The owner of the Sligshot called the police, and we showed them all the letters and reliable evidence of the case.hy here...

    Complaint: 20865719I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie. The building does not require decals to be applied to the vehicle as they have a valet company. When I called the police department on the towing company they told the cops they were locked out of their systems and had no access. The tow company claims that they sent out letters to all parties involved with the vehicle but neither me my bank/lien holder of the vehicle and the insurance company have no paper trail or anything on record from the tow company at all. They also claim the slingshot was sold at auction however the title to the vehicle is still active under my name and the vehicle is sitting in front of the owners house *********************** house along with a bunch of other cars. The vehicle is also registered under his name as well. They also told the cop the slingshot was not in the towyard when my tracker which was attached to the batters of the slingshot was still signaling the vehicle was still parked in the yard. My tracker was removed and the vehicle was brought to the owners house where I found it and also have a police report with the ************* police department showing the vehicle was there. Best of all the tow company told me if I want my vehicle back I can pay double the premium price of the vehicle and I do have that on video as well as I recorded every interaction with Nu way towing. Once again they are lying and stealing vehicles. I do not wish to go to court as it will drag out for over a year. This tow company needs to return my vehicle. that is the only form of acceptance I will take. I am a young kid who worked hard to get what I have and for the owner of this company to just take whatever he wants that doesnt belong to him is just wrong. Give me back my vehicle you stole and lied about.

    It gives the eloquent and clear impression that the client's main intention is to be in this push and pull. If someone is lying, it is precisely him that  intends to manage the events at his will and whim. We have strictly adjusted to all the established proceedings.. He did not do what corresponded to him in the proper time .We followed all the relevant steps chronologically until the day the auction took place. No towing company enters any private property without towing having been requested and the authorized agent being present and signing to proceed with said towing. Everything that happened was nothing more than a consequence of his own negligence

    I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle never made it to auction, the owner of the tow company has my vehicle sitting in his personal house registered to his personal name ***********************. I made multiple attempts to retrieve my vehicle and was lied and told the vehicle was not there when I had a tracker showing it was there. The tow company had taken off my tracker and then was told I can pay double the premium price to get the vehicle back and yes I have that on video as well in case the tow company decides to deny it like they are everything else. Nothing was done proper as no documents were ever provided as proof when requested. I was just told every single time even when the police showed up that the tow company was locked out of their systems. Stop trying to lie about your companies wrong doings and simply have *********************** return my vehicle that is sitting in his drive way along with several other vehicle im sure he stole as well. Have some integrity and go out and work for your cars instead of stealing them from hard working people. Please give me back my vehicle you stole and lied and tried to extort me about.

    Dear Sir ************* First of all I would like to clarify that ******************* is no longer working in Nuway Towing Company All complains or inquiiries or any matter must submit accordingly either to: ********************* (owner) or *************************** (Sales representative)

    This complaint is frivolous and without any base or essential details / In order to respond properly we need to know:

    - Nature of complain "repair issues"  Need to be more specific and name said issues, attaching pictures to corroborate. 

    - Date problema occured (wasn't provided)

    = Receipt number (invoice) and addres from where the car has been towed  and the specific day and time of the tow. 

    I need to do an exhaustive review of the incident in order to provide a proper response.

    On August 10 my car was towed by nuway towing due to police order because of my expired tag, my car passenger axle was broken by there employee who towed due to the fact they probably didn't hook up car correctly or didn't take proper step to carry car to tow yard in a safe matter, as I went to pick up car at tow yard as I started the car I heard a loud rattling noise which I advised one of there employee, that my car did not sound like this B4 it was towed so he told me to lift hood of car, we didn't she nothing out of place in engine, so as we look under engine we recognize axle damage so I called police to make report, I also had to pay $150 to get car tow to shop, I paid 170 for axle plus I had to pay 400 for a week rental car adding up to $720 I just want to be reimbursed for all the expenses this accident has cause me and my family I tried to deal with them personally and they told me call them to court all i want is to be treated fair and nuway to pay me for the expenses there employee negligent has cause me thank you to everyone who is helping in this matter s/ o *********************;

    - Vehicle information which include license plate (tag) number

    - VIN ( vehicle identification number)  and number of receipt or invoice provided to customer at the moment of release his vehicle.

    The damage that the client is claiming is impossible for the tow truck to do that type of damage since the equiment of the tow truck cannot reach where the damage are located. the equiment only lift the car from the tires touching the rubber of the tires.
