  They are an unfair company.between the cops they give **** pay for sure to take your car..and unfair prices to get your car ****..they should be banned from *******...I received ** van **** with a huge fence scratch from on end to the other with nobody but then with a fence...not even car was around a fence where they took it from.......I hope the state looks into their unfair practices..and the kick****s.....

  I am sorry you feel that way, but the things you are alleging are first of all completely untrue.  If your vehicle was damaged, maybe it was damaged prior to our having towed it, unbeknownst to you.

  By far the most unprofessional group of people working. I had a major car accident and these people were not even empathetic towards the situation. I called in trying to get my stuff resolved over the phone and whoever answered was giving me attitude as if my car was towed from an illegal spot. If this company shows up to your traffic stop do not let them take your car they are scammers.Furthermore, **** thinks he knows more than the lawyers himself and is extremely arrogant. We showed up with original documents and he did not want to allow me to *****************. **** clearly is a lowlife without an education and zero customer ********************** skills. He should not be allowed to be in an industry where he is clueless and harassing clients.

  It does not surprise me that this company has such poor ratings/reviews. My son was in a wreck early this morning (January 8, 2023 at 4:41am) on the turnpike; the ******* State Trooper after writing his crash report apparently called this company (Excalibur Towing) to take the vehicle because it was not drivable. Once I received a copy of the crash report I called the towing company. When a gentleman (for a lack of a better term) answered, I asked whom I was speaking to for reference and his response was Thats irrelevant - How exactly is it irrelevant to ask whom you are speaking with, when they are holding your property? When its customer ********************** to at the very least provide your first name even if its a fake name? This person proceeded to hang up on me a few times. It wasnt until I mentioned to him that my husband was an officer and asked that the same energy he was giving me he give to my husband, it was then that he spoke what he believed to be nicer. I truly dont understand why people in Miami think that they wont some day run into the wrong person that will use all their power to expose them.

  I'm not sure what happened, but is it possible the person who answered the phone asked you to call during normal business hours?  The night shift personnel are really only supposed to dispatch calls for service.  If you wanted details as to towing prices, etc.  They are not really able to answer those questions.
