    I am writing to express my formal complaint against SOFLO SMOKE SHOP for selling me a counterfeit Elf Bar BC5000 vape pen on June 7, 2023. Upon scanning the ** code provided on the packaging, it was evident that the product was confirmed as an imitation on the manufacturer's website. I am deeply disappointed by this experience, and the defensive response from your employee when I addressed the issue. I request a full refund for the counterfeit product and urge you to investigate your supply chain to prevent the sale of counterfeit items. Timely resolution is expected, as further action may be taken to address this matter.

    I would like to officially apologize on behalf of Soflo Smoke Shop to ******************************* sorry my employee did not handle the situation in a kindly professional manner and was not able to be helpful in resolving the issue . Im sorry for the inconvenience caused by this unintentional mistake. We value our business and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Thank you for making ** aware of this defective  product that was sold to our business and unfortunately for them giving us false information. We have taken action in making sure all of our products are up to standard. Please feel free to pass by our store for a refund or an exchange feel free to choose and Soflo Smoke Shop will take care of it.
