My property at ********************************************* substantial damage due to the negligent excavation and installation of fiber optic caused by defendants BLUESTREak LLC. Also i acquired an infection specifically MRSA due to sewer backing up into the house. I had to hire a professional restoration company to change the flooring and remove the mold caused by the sewer backup, also the hospital bills and other misc damages that i can probve with receipts and invoicesBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: i have not been paid for the damages caused by Blue streak's negligence, not only did they collapse my sewer pipes but they were negligent by not notifying the homeowner of the damages they caused, when will i be able to send my receipts in so they can pay me for damages. Blue streak has caused many damages throughout the state of florida and other states, class action lawsuits by home owners experiencing the same negligence i had to experience with Blue Streak, a clear message has to be sent to Blue streak regarding there unethical behavior costing homeowners thousands in damages. I have left multiple messages but blue streak will not call me back, they hide behind there negligence

The subcontractor responsible indicated they were reporting to their carrier.

Fiber optics digging work began unannounced in our community on 5/13/25. Digging was done in my private property in the lawn between the sidewalk and road, as it was all throughout the community. Contacts provided by the City of Mascotte have no responded to emails, texts or calls noting damage to the lawn and questioning about the future status of work, as the project was left unfinished. Work resumed on 5/21/25. There still is no response about the continued scope of work or making repairs to the lawn.Business Response

******** this company install their fiber optics in my Dads neighborhood. They broke a water line and we had water backed up in the house. We called RotoRoover come out and they found the problem under my Dads driveway. We had to pay over $4000 to have it repaired. We need to be reimbursed for this.Customer Answer

I attempted to resolve the issue with the **** *******, but due to miscommunication, we were unable to reach a resolution. On November 5th, 2024, I filed a claim (Claim #**********-01) with ********, submitting all requested documents, including an estimate for tree removal and light replacement.I have been in contact via email with ****s claims associate and subsequently reached out to Blue Streak Telecommunication, the third-party company *********** is responsible for the damage. However, the third party has not responded to my calls or emails. **** maintains that they are not liable and continues to provide a generic response, stating: The notice contained no information that required further review. As such, ****s position remains unchanged. They refuse to accept responsibility for the property damage caused by the tree-clearing contractor. Both parties involved have the photos of the damages.I would prefer to have the repairs completed without having to file a small claims court complaint.Initial Complaint

On 5/7/27 at approximately 3:10 PM Bluestreak crews trespassed onto my property with heavy, belted tired machinery (Ditch Witch in screen shot of video attached). This heavy machinery caused a lot of damage to my lawn due to dry conditions in the previous weeks. I have video of the crews then raking out the tracks that were left by the heavy machinery. This raked out some dry stolons further ruining the lawn. I have this all on video. I also have video of the crews apologizing for trespassing and causing the damage. I have on video that they promised to return to fix the problem. Also, on 5/7/27 Bluestreak crews damaged my mailbox by tapping it with their truck while parked on my sidewalk and lawn (Street parking is available and allowed). The base of my mailbox was bent to the point that it broke.I have provided all of these pictures and videos with **** being they hired Bluestreak to install their boxes which is why Bluestreak trespassed here to begin with. Bluestreak has still never called me, but they have trespassed on my property twice since the first time. They sent someone to fix the broken mailbox.... Not replace it as they broke it. They just lowered the mailbox to the ground making it a **** violation. And the gentleman that was doing the repair basically said my grass can grow back with rain. But, they trespassed here to begin with. They could have knocked on my door to ask if they can ruin my lawn and my mailbox. ******** ********* / Admin Assistant863-241-5429 did contact me and claim that they fixed it. September 2023 I have raw sewage and toilet paper all over my front yard. I obviously contact a plumber. They have to do a camera inspection and they realized that **** who hired Bluestreak who hired.********* ******* to install fiber optics, a few months prior had installed the fiber optics THROUGH my sewage pipe I contacted Miami Dade water and sewer. They instructed me as did the plumbers that I would need to clean out everything before the county would come out and repair. This costing close to $ 7000 The county came out in October and fixed what was on the county side which cost another $ ******. it is close to a year now that I have been in contact with ****, their lawyers, ********, and Bluestreak Bluestreak denied the claim stating that ******** and ******* said I didnt do work on my property!!!! This is after I sent photos, videos, receipts, dates, etc. etc. the reason I am not attaching all of that now is because they have had this information already for a year. this has been a horrible experience, wasting uncountable hours of my time and a hardship to my family for me to have to spend $7000 out of my pocket due to their negligence without an apology or a refund check! Back in December of 2023 Blue Streak Telecommunications was contracted by **** to lay fiber optic cable in my housing development for new internet service. While digging up the yard they inadvertently caused a break in the main water line to my house. This caused my water bill to almost triple and I had to have a leak detection firm come out to find the leak and repair it, which cost me $550 dollars. The flyer we received to report any issues with the digging in the yard mentioned to reach out to ***************************************** I contacted them to explain my issue and attached findings and invoice from the company I used to repair the leak. They responded to my email that they would send someone out or have someone contact me about my claim. I never saw or heard from anyone for weeks. I then emailed and called and was told again that I would be contacted by a field supervisor. Again, no one reached out to me. I continued over the next several weeks and months to call and email and was told the same thing over and over again. Around September 7, 2023 this company came into my neighborhood to install **** fiber cables. In the process, they damaged and lifted parts of my driveway. December 22, 2023, I sent an email with pictures of proof of the damage to my property and to which I received a response that someone will be in contact with me. Since then I have contacted this company via email and by phone several times. The last time I spoke with someone which was around February, I was informed again that someone would reach out to me and no one has reached out to me. I reached out to the company via email again in April asking that somebody please contact me because it is ruining the value of my house and I would like to get it fixed without the need for legal intervention and to date I have not received a response.Initial Complaint

Hello so back in ********************************************************************************************** by thanksgiving nothing got done I reach out to them via nothing I call nothing happen so now Im frustrated the state of my house they keep giving me the running nobody cares to fix my house back please can someone help me to get my house fix it been almost 7 months they left my house front house in bad state clearly dnt care to come back out to fix it
