    ***** *********** organizations (BetterWay Devs, AtlanticSoft Inc) were hired by our startup to build a directory and job site application for web, iOS, and Android. ***** ********* originally said the project would take 3-4 months. The final deliverables were agreed to be the completed application for web, iOS, and Android, and this would be accomplished through a data importer in python, backend development in ****, Front end development in FlutterFlow, and UI/UX designs in figma. After 19 months of constant delays, rationalizations, poor technical project management, false hope, excuses, unreliable team members, and terrible product development, ***** *********** organizations collected >$50,000 from us and only delivered a partially functioning data importer and completed UI/UX Designs in *****. After 19 months of pain and frustration, ******* teams had finished ~ 10% of our application, and we decided to start over with a new organization.Overall:- BetterWay Devs consistently provided low quality, unreliable Xano, Flutterflow, and Python developers that lacked technical ability - BetterWay Devs consistently provided unorganized project managers and product owners that were not able to effectively manager their developers, stick to proposed deadlines, or take ownership for their actions. These individuals consistently missed features and functions that had been discussed and documented previously, which necessitated a significant degree of involvement and oversight. I was continually impressed by their level of optimism despite months of poor performance and their degree of confidence to deliver on the timeline they proposed despite not once delivering a single feature or function on time. I would strongly recommend that you avoid working with ***** ********* and any of his organizations (BetterWay Devs, AtlanticSoft Inc).

    Dear BBB Representative,

    I am writing regarding the recent customer review posted on the ********************** profile, this review was posted under the wrong business.

    The customer describes a ******** project engagement, and that engagement was not done with BetterWay Devs, but with  SpeedUpTech, which is a different company and not BetterWay Devs. 

    Our company operates under a staffing and recruiting model, not project-based software development.

    Since SpeedUpTech doesn't have a profile this customer is looking to create a reputation damage, he even says ". I would strongly recommend that you avoid working with ***** ********* and any of his organizations (BetterWay Devs, AtlanticSoft Inc)."


    It is also important to note that the reviewer did not mention SpeedUpTech, the actual company that managed the project. Instead, with what seems to be bad intentions, the reviewer named BetterWay Devs and even another of my businesses that were not involved in this contract. This misrepresentation ***** our reputation unfairly and places blame on the wrong organization.

    I respectfully request that BBB re-evaluate this review and remove it from the BetterWay Devs profile, since it does not reflect any interaction with our business. I am happy to provide documentation or further clarification if needed.
