Business ProfileforMassage Envy

On Saturday December 18,2021 my Fiance went to Massage Envy Midtown located in Miami Fl. 3401 N Miami Ave to purchase an annual membership, totaling $660 as a Christmas gift for me. He provided Massage Envy Midtown with his Credit Card and informed them to charge his card. Completely disregarding his wishes, the young lady (Front desk attendant) charged my Debit Card from a previous membership I had on file with the business. Noticing my account went into over draft I called Massage Envy the same day. The young lady told me she could not do anything and her manager will contact me the next day. Having received no call from Massage envy the next day, I called the business and asked to speak to the manager. Sunday December 19,2021 I was informed that I was refunded. Seeing no refund in my account Monday December 20,2021 I called my bank and they stated there was no refund pending and it only takes 24 hours to receive the refund. So I contacted Massage Envy again Wednesday December 22,2021 only to be told by the Rep that the manager will contact me. I called again December 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th,28th and 29th with no success. I am continuously calling asking for my $660 refund with no success.
