    It was around the end of April of the current year 2022 when I got in contact with AIRIS Solution with the idea of getting a solar system solution for my house. At the same time, we were talking about the solar system, Mr. **************************** told me that we could get all my current windows and slide door replaced by impact windows and doors as well, then he placed a call to someone and talked about my desire to get impact windows.So, it looks like there were two different companies, but I just was interested in getting my situation solved. I signed a contract for 7 windows of different sizes and one Eurocraft Serie: ALUMINUM EC-650 RESIDENTIAL DOOR 3 Point Lock (Interlock) DOUBLE DOOR ACT. LEFT 3PL ******* x ******* Glass Type: Laminated (7/16) Interlayer Category:PVB Glass Color:*****************:None Privacy Glass: No Handle Color:White Handle *********************** ****************** Name: EC-D13 ******************** Match frame color ***************** 96 *********************** Pressure: FL39881 Notes: EURO-DD-W05 (EC-D05).About 5 months after signing the contract, for the windows and door, they came to install the windows and door, but I immediately noticed that the door's design was not the one I ordered. The installer told me to get that one, and then they replaced it with the right one. I totally denied the offer because I told them that it will take months before I get the right one. Already two months passed and I still do not have my door. A phone call, does not work on the first two tries. I would to know if I have enough evidence to get out of the contract and get someone else the get me a door and to get compensation for all the time I have been waiting for.

    Good afternoon, indeed we had a problem with the design of the back door of the house, we sent it to the factory to change the design, the factory was fully operational and in full thanksgiving, then the Christmas holidays arrived and it was only in December ******************************************** but we could not install it because we were on vacation from December 21, 2022 to January 9. We coordinated the installation with the client for Monday, January 16, the door was installed and an inspection was requested for that same day from the city. The inspector never arrived and rather appeared the next day (irregularity) and obviously we did not pass the inspection because we were not on site because we did not expect him. Currently it has been difficult to coordinate with **************** the next inspection to finish closing the permit. Today the client confirmed that he can be at his house on Tuesday, January 24 to receive the inspector.

    To all this I must clarify that we have not received any advance for this work, rather we have invested $16,996.00 in this project in materials and labor that we are not going to charge until we finish with the final inspection... They are all windows and door installed (98% work completed). I have asked ******************************* for patience since he has nothing to lose since he has not paid a single dollar yet.

    I feel I was sold equipment by Solar Construction LLC and its Regional Sales Manager ********************* that didn't meet up to what they were promoting. This process started in February and my system wasn't running till June. From June till today I have been paying large amount of electric bills to FPL. I was giving a APP. called ENPHASE to monitor my usage, but saw there was a problem. I reached out to Solar Construction LLC but nothing was done. On September 15, 2022 I called FPL. They looked into my situation because I had a meter issue reading on my App. They followed up with 3 email on September 20,2022 which I forward them to ****** at Solar Construction. I never received and contact from him, and I called him just to here him say" I'm working on it now" FPL stated that the panels they put on my home will not supply the power I need to run my house. I have down loaded all the emails I received from FPL and that was forward to Solar Construction. I have already filled with the *** and have a file number. This is a very bad practice and no one should be subjected to this un fair business practice.

    I am rejecting this response because I am receiving a light bill. Which I was told that the equipment would supply the power I need to run my home. The question is you gave me panel that don't apply to what you said I would be getting in the service. If I have to get more people involved then I will, but I am really disappointed in this long drawn out attempt to give me something that doesn't meet my needs that you advertised.

    I repeat, we sold him a 9.6KW system, it is what the client agreed to buy....if he needs more solar panels, we can help him by selling them at cost....but do not demand something that we did not sell.
    If you have something contrary to the contract in writing, show it to me so that I can understand your annoyance.
