Ordered from Internet Ad , try for $9.95 for 1/2 ounce. Found in my bank statement a charge of $69.95 And it was billed the same day of shipment of the $9.95 I have paid. I had used the product for 11 days. I called to find out what happened and to cancel. I have paid $79.90 They told me that I only had 15 days and my 15 days were up one day ago. And they could do nothing about it. It didnt work.

This company offers you a trial sample for $9.99 then turns around with a charge of nearly $80.00!! Then they put you on an automatic monthly shipment which I did NOT agree to. I finally got them to cancel my "subscription" after chacing my tail for nearly an hour. Save yourself ... DO NOT sign up for their bogus "trial" . It's a scam!

I ordered the eye cream and received it in a couple days. The order offered many other products, as all the online sites seem to do these days, and I declined them before ordering and everything worked fine. I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews here on the BBB site, but everything worked fine for me. The eye cream is the important part... it works like no other eye cream to keep your skin feeling great! I have paid a lot more than $69 for other creams that don't work. At least this company gives you a trial period and if you dont like it, send it back and get your refund. I had no problem when I called customer service to order another eye cream for my BFF. My mom has a lot of issues when ordering online and I think some of these complaints I see might just be a generational thing... me and my friends have had a positive experience. Love the eye cream, thanks Pro Dermagenix.
