    Purchased an item that is not as advertised mislabeled as being *** approved. Was too nervous to use the device because risk seemed greater than the benefit. Slim on directions and labeling of items in the box. Have gotten several emails stating their finance department is working on the refund.

    I tried the *** product and it didnt work so I requested a refund which is honored for 90 days from purchase. Its been over a week and a half and no refund and Im just told via email theyll forward my request to finance team again.

    In July 2024 I pruchased a Laser Hair Removal Product from 5 Min Skin (order #S150174). I paid for the item through ******. Upon receipt, I learned that the use of the product was contraindicated with a health diagnosis I have (Type 2 diabetes). I contacted 5 Min Skin and got an RMA #(RMA4910601) and returned the product to them for a full refund. There was a significant delay in a response from them and I started emailing them about it in December 2024. They said they were working on the refund. Over the months, that was the only response I was getting. In February, they indicated they had tried to refund me several times through ***** and said that was their only method of refund. I informed them I do not have an account with ***** and my bank does not work with that app and requested a refund through the method which I paid, ****** or a check. I also filed a complaint with the ****************************. They are now telling me they are working on an alternative refund method. There is still no refund or resolution.

    I received the following email from 5 Min Skin today.  This response is very similar to every other response I have received which is essentially, we're making this a priority.  They have been saying this for months and there has been no action.

    This is regarding an online order that I placed with 5minskin, order number S203724. My intent was to make four payments, but instead I was bill for the full amount.. However at check out I was billed the full amount. I have spoken with 5minskin multiple times, and they are telling me they have refunded the money and that it may be held up on the bank side. I have had refunds post to my account sometime in the same day. I reached out to my bank and there is no refund.I'm seeing that this is an issue with other customers as well. This leaves me to believe that they haven't refunded the money as they have stated. I provided the gentleman with my order number, but he said he couldn't find it. I told him that I canceled the order, so I gave him my email instead.

    I purchased the laser on 4/7/25 and due to health reasons and that it was not what size was expected requested a refund on 4/20/25. The website has no hassle return and I would like my refund of ******.I got an email about giving me a discount to keep it and I again asked for the shipping label. Then I got we need a picture. Sent the picture and got a response saying we don't usually do this but we will refund you minus the 10% restocking fee and you can keep the product. So if I'm keeping a product that is not being used how am I getting charged a restocking fee for restocking and the cost of shipping which is what their 10% fee is for?

    DO NOT ORDER FROM 5 MIN SKIN! It's a scam. I purchased a laser ipl hair removal device and after 10 weeks it had not provided lasting results as promised. I shipped the item back for a refund March 2 and am still waiting for a refund 2 months later. The customer service has been terribly unprofessional and slow at processing refunds. They keep telling me they're processing my refund but it shouldn't tale this long to sumbit a refund. It's not even worth ordering the item in the first place since it doesn't give the results as promised and now I'm out $250. The return page on the website has been rerouted so there's no way to contact them.

    Purchased device on 12/30/2024 for $189. Device did not work on my hair. Returned product through process on website, within return policy. Got confirmation from **** that my product was returned 3/19/2025. I have emailed twice asking for confirmation of receipt and that my refund would be processed, and the response was that they were working on it. Tried calling and was sent to voicemail.

    I purchased a 5minskin device at an Easter sales price of $189. I decided to return the device without opening it and initiated the return process. On April 22 I received an email approving the return and providing a return shipping label. Now 5minskin is claiming that the return was actually denied on April 21, a day before I received approval, and they refuse to refund the purchase.

    The company refunded my m9ney as soon as I threatened to report them. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company, since they retroactively deny returns and only provide refunds under the threat of legal action, but I am satisfied with the outcome.

    Purchased hair removal device on 1/22/25 for $178.95. Paid for with ******. Device did not work for my hair. Sent email to company for a refund. I was sent a return label and I returned the device at the post office. Tracking number showed package was delivered 1:13pm on 2/25/25. I have had several emails inquiring my refund not being processed. The company continues to apologize for the delay but still hasnt processed my refund. Every attempt to contact the company through phone is a recording stating mailbox is full.

    I returned a Micropulse2.0 on 3/24/25 vis the *****************, tracking # **** 6114 0622 5079 7748 26. To ********, **** . A return label was provided to me by 5minskin. The product was ***** with a ***** off coupon. Order #S194528 90 day money back ************ is now4/14/25 and I have not received a refund as yet.
