    I had prepaid to SuperShuttle for a ride from *** airport to my home on 7/20/2023. My flight was supposed to arrive at 12;25 PM but we were delayed by about 45 minutes. When I arrived, there was a text waiting from the driver who had arrived at 12:30. It was now about 1:30, due to the flight delay. My understanding was to call dispatch when I arrived and got my bag, but I called the driver who told me he had already departed and to call dispatch for a ride. Dispatch told me that because they had already sent a driver who waited and left, they would not send another driver and would not refund the $93.93 because I was a "no show." I ended up using the taxi stand there and paying an additional $105.00 to get a ride home.

    We booked shuttles service to and from the airport. The car took us to our hotel but for the return trip with the same passengers and the same, the driver refused to take us to the airport.
