My father contacted Rapid Pumping Services Inc. in order to clean and remover sewer from the septic tank on 3/28/24. Two gentlemen which included the owner came out to the home on 3/29/24 to conduct the service. They dug a hole in the front yard of the home and stated an hour later that the septic tank was cleared. The total cost of the service provided was $375. However, i handed the owner $5 extra for tip, making the total $380.00 paid. Less than two weeks later, we continued to smelling a strong stench and notice water rising from the ground in the front yard. Rapid Pumping was contacted regarding the concern and the owner said that they cleared the septic tank and that we would need to on contact a plumber regarding the pipes possibly being broken or clogged. Today 4/16/24, the plumbers checked the septic tank and stated that it was not cleaned out, the septic tank was full to capacity. Therefore, they are unable to check the pipes until the septic tank can be cleared. I personally contacted Rapid Pumping and explained the situation to the owner and even had one of the plumbers personally speak to him. The owner of Rapid Pumping denied that the safety tank was not cleared out and stated that it was full due to being used in the last three weeks. I explained the owner that it was impossible for the septic tank to be full within the span of three weeks and requested for him to rectify the situation by cleaning out the tank and he declined. He stated that the pipes needed to be fixed and once completed, we would need to pay him again to clean the safety tank. I informed him of the information that i received and explained that i was able to personally witness today that the tank is in fact full. He declined to clear the septic tank and i proceeded to inform him that i would seek compensation for the services which he did not provide. I took a picture and sent it to the owners cellular phone and even tried calling him back 3 times. My calls were sent to voicemail.
