During the month of May 2022, Swift Roofing Contractor were reroofing building 5 of Images of ******* Condominium. On May 26, 2022, they were notified via email that multiple tiles were dropped from the roof which caused damaged to an aluminum roof located in my backyard. The tiles perforated the roof which now leaks when it rains, the damage has created a hazardous environment where the backyard floods and any adult and/or child can slip and hurt themselves. After an acknowledgment of my first email, the representative of the company promised to reach out and make all necessary repairs. Multiple emails were sent to obtain a status of the repair; however, no one has responded to the communications. I am seeking assistance in the repair of my aluminum roof damaged caused by Swift Roofing Contractor. I can no longer continue to avoid the hazardous environment such damage has created in my backyard. All my communications have been documented by email for record purposes.
