    I was a victim of assault by the old store manager of the tombeen Family Dollar Store. Because I reported this incident to family dollar corporate I am now being told I am no longer welcome in the store, and they are filing criminal trespassing against me. This is hurtful as I am the victim of an assault and yet I'm being bullied for reporting this individual to the corporate company. I live in a small town and I am Homebound and limited and the distance I can drive. There are two stores within my driving range, Family Dollar and dollar general. The current store manager has apologized that she has to do this she says that the manager over the store area is upset at me for reporting the assault that happened in the store.I would like someone in the office of the president to call me and put a stop to this district manager punishing me for speaking up to the company.

    The heavy set spanish cashier that checked me out was following me around in the store while on the phone talking to a unknown spanish male by name of ******* , she was also texting him and had him call her again and she gave him my location and mentioned me to him and something about a bathroom and i asked her is there going to be a problem ? she refused to answer and i called the police and spoke to officer White about all of this .

    I WENT INTO THE FAMILY DOLLAR ON ***************** 2228.I DID WHAT I DO ALL THE TIME JUST LOOKING AT NEW ********* GRANDBABY WAS JUST LOOKING AT TOYS TAKING PICTURES TO SEND TO US AS HER XMAS GIFT.WELL THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE ASKING HER IF SHE WAS STEALING.SHE SAID NO MZ.SHE THEN SAID WHAT DO YUU HAVE IN YOUR POCKET?SHE TOLD HER IT WAS HER PHONE.SHE THEN SAID YUU PEOPLE I SWEAR ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING.WHEN SHE TOLD ME THIS I ASKED WHY SHE ASK IF SHE WAS STEALING.THINKING ABOUT WHAT TO SAY.SHE STATES WE HAVE TO ASKS BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE US ARE KNOWN TO STEAL.THEN TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE AND I WAS BAND FROM COMING BACK.I GUESS THIS IS A WAY FOR HER NOT TO LOOOSE HER JOB..THIS IS NOT FAIR FOR A 10 YR OLD TO BE ACCUSE OF STEALNG.THIS IS NOT HOW I RAISE MY GBABY.THIS EMPLOYEE WILL CAUSE YUU TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS.

    On 10/3/2024 i purchased a regular phone the next day i lost it. so, on 10/5/2024 i purchased another phone from family dollar but was sold a incorrect item which was a flip phone. So, i went back and addressed the issue i was told that they would not give me refund. S i cam back and he told me that i was banned from the store. I because i asked for a refund with a receipt. After i made it my point to let the cashier know that i did not want a flip phone and. i was denied service. Upon returning i was told i was banned i asked him for reason and he said you was nasty to his team mate which isn't true they can pull the cameras and *** i was rude after she told me she was calling the police i said he for what i wan you to leave the store. My thing is a many times as people steal things out these stores and nothing is done you just deformation my character.They go to jail nothing they get away ***** free what world are we living in.

    The employee at the Family Dollar was on Her phone earbuds.I was making two transactions 1 a gatorade cash And a pack of cigarettes on debit card, she wasn't listening to a word. I said when I asked for my cigarettes. She stood there and looked at me she does what do you want? I said I'd like to have my 30 fives cigarettes, please. She told me to go f*** myself, I'm a white, f****** trash b**** I am disabled and I believe that she needs to be fired immediately.There is no reason for that kind of talk when there's ten people in the store listening to her vulgar Language as I was leaving the store, she wouldn't stop. That's when she started calling me white trash f*** y** b**** get out of my store. Totally uncalled for never had a problem before been going in there for many, many, many years. And I donbelieve that that should be allowed in any stores. Especially Family Dollar which I shop a lot at.there

    Water phone the ******** at the dollar family Dollar at ************************************************** tried to activate it the phone's specifically States on it cannot be activated tried to take it back to the store they told me no you got belligerent with me coming to get out of the store or they're going to call police because I tried to return the phone that doesn't work now I'm stuck with a $77 phone it doesn't work I'm on social security I only get 940 a month

    Wednesday, July 10,2024.One ********************************* and *** who is not the manager accused me of stealing a basket that has been attached to my girlfriend's bike for going on three months. They cursed me out and they grabbed me by my shirt collar and proceeded to push me out of the store hitting my head. I am bipolar and I also suffer from really bad Anxiety which I take medication for. They also called my mom a bald headed b**** and she wasn't even there. I need something done about them or my mom will be looking into filing a lawsuit against Family Dollar on my behalf because I have mental issues.

    On mostly all occasions during checkout in store over the past 2.5 years I was told that coupons and store signs arent accurate. Whatever is in the register is accurate. I wasnt able to get my 5$ off 25$ on Saturdays and even though I had all coupons clipped on the app and online it meant nothing. They said nothing else matters except whats in the register. I think theyre skimming money somewhere. I live next door to this store and have spent thousands of dollars over the past 2.5 years. You can believe I will no longer. They wouldnt accept my change for a purchase (didnt have enough to roll the change) and made me feel stupid. They very rarely accept any coupons and sales that are ADVERTISED IN STORE! I made a complaint in a ************** and since then I cant walk in the store without being harassed!!

    This Family Dollar have not updated their shelf prices, and they do not honor vendors advertisements. The register rings up a higher price and management do not make the correction. I've tried several times to reach corporate but no response. I don't think corporate is aware of the problem because this has been going on for more than a year. I would like to speak with corporate concerning the manager attitude as well as updating the prices on the shelf, but most of all the manager needs updated training on customer service and satisfaction
