    I spoke to ***** the operator earlier this week who directed my call to the Director who was female but I was not able to take her name as she was in a rush and simply gave me this email. I was trying to explain how horrible my trip to Bimini was and how my trip had to be extended because of the poor service at RWBimini. We were essentially held hostage at RWBimini as ******* and ******* tram drivers of Resorts World Bimini did not want to take us to the customs office on Sunday July 11th to go back home to Miami via the Balearia Ferry.

    I am completely disappointed with my vacation package from Resorts World Bimini. I booked a Sail and Stay package for the period of Sunday, June 20, 2021 through Wednesday, June 23 2021. The sail part of the package on the Balearia Ferry from FLL to Bimini (round trip) was great. But the Stay part of the package at the Hilton in North Bimini was awful. This hotel is not well maintained (especially in the pool areas). The 1st floor pool (specifically the lazy river area) has yellow algae everywhere and you can clearly see that it has not been cleaned in a while. Then the 5th floor infinity pool area has (what they call) seating areas, but they have no water. How do you sit in these tiled seating areas that look like hot tubs with no water (do you just burn your buttocks from the hot tiles?). Then they advertise that their Beach Club is now open (a beautiful pool with beach chairs and an a bar, but they fail to tell you that it is only open on Fridays and Saturdays therefore not having access to it when you book a Sunday through Wednesday stay. Furthermore, they fail to tell you that the many restaurants that the claim they have only open on sporadic days and the people at the hotel do not tell you this either. Next, their Casino is shutdown due to air conditioning problems. And the issues continue, you try to place a complaint with the Front Desk Supervisor who refers you to the manager, Mr. ****** *******. Mr. ******* is the rudest person on earth (treats guest as if they are animals and refusing to speak and/or address the guests concerns. *** a Customer Service agent at the front desk was attempting to inform him of my concerns and my request to speak to him and all he did was basically hand signal to go away and pointed as his Front Desk Supervisor (I can only imagine that he wanted him to address my concerns) and refused to speak with me. It doesn't stop here. I later proceeded to the front desk again and ask to speak with **** ****** (who I was informed was the General Manger) and *** once again informed me that the was unavailable. I returned home and have attempted to reach Mr. ****** on several occasions (including leaving a voice mail at at extension I was transferred to (but to no avail - no return phone call). On one of my many phone calls, *** once again answered and indicated that Mr. ****** was unavailable and upon me asking when is he available so that I can try him then, she proceeded to tell me I'm sorry, but I don't know. This is awful, you book a long awaited vacation after Covid and it becomes your worse experience ever. This is no way to treat your customers!
