As part of its commitment to service quality, ReputationUP guarantees the fulfillment of contracted services.
If a client cancels the agreement for justified reasons related to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by ReputationUP, a proportional refund may be issued for the portion of services not performed.
Refund requests must be formally submitted by the client and, if approved, will be processed within a maximum of 90 days.
This policy applies only to cancellations directly linked to contractual non-compliance and does not cover circumstances beyond the responsibility of ReputationUP.
