  I am rejecting this response because:

  this company contacted my ex-husband while going through a divorce. At the time we were still married. They prey upon those that are trying to sell their homes quickly. They obtained his signatures and did not obtain mine and were asked to speak with me with my attorney and they refused my husband decided not to continue with them.
  They never gave any ******* money or executed the contract but forced us to pay $20,000 for absolutely nothing. In fact, the only reason why they are in business is because they are able to force people to pay money To release a notice of intent to purchase property from a title company. They cannot provide any proof of any work they did to sell our home over the 2 week span they spoke. The only thing they can provide is fake statements from themselves billing themselves. I said previously, the contract was never executed and my ex-husband Was forced to pay Or forfeit selling the home to the new buyer. *** tried to contact this company just to get their address and they would not give the address. They are very unprofessional and Absolutely unethical.

  he title company has provided written confirmation that they never received a fully executed contract with both sellers signatures, nor did they receive any ******* money deposit. Under Florida law, specifically Florida Statutes Section ******, a contract must be acknowledged by all vendors to be recorded. The absence of these elements invalidates any claim to equitable interest in the property.Fraudulent Recording: The recording of the Memorandum and Notice of Intent to Purchase was done without a fully executed contract. This action constitutes a violation of Florida Statutes Section *******, which addresses fraudulent practices in recording documents.These fraudulent actions have caused significant harm and have impeded our ability to proceed with a legitimate sales contract with another buyer and has forced us no choice but to provide money for release. We demand immediate action to address this fraudulent recording and to hold the responsible parties accountable.Please see supporting documents.

  Hi,
  
  These claims are completely false. We had a signed purchase agreement, and the seller breached our agreement by deciding to sell the property through a realtor behind our backs.
  
  We take these matters very seriously and always strive to conduct good business on our end. A seller cannot simply breach our agreement and opt to work with a realtor.
  
  We made numerous attempts to reach out to the seller to ensure they did not list the property with a realtor. However, the seller ignored our efforts and proceeded with the listing.

  Hi, This is very disturbing to me to see that a consumer has left a one star review on my BBB page.  The person is named *************************** and she sent me an email on Monday asking if my company had signed a contract to buy her house.
  
  I have never spoken to *************************** and we do not have a contract to buy their house.  She is confusing my company with a different one with a similar name.  She wrote me an email on Monday asking if it is my company that has a contract on her house and I replied to her that it must be a different company, yet she still left a one star review on my BBB page.
  
  The message she sent me is below:
  
  "Message: I contracted with a company with your company's name to sell a property. However I could find no evidence of your existence last week. If You are the same entity SB solutions Home Buyers please contact me via email. ***************************"
  
  As I mentioned, this is a different company and I have never spoken with *************************** and do not have a contract to buy her property.  I did a quick ****** search for SB Solutions Home Buyers and found this website: *****************************************
  
  This is the company that she has been in contact with and she needs to contact them directly about her contract with them because it has nothing to do with me.  
  
  Is there anything you can do about this review that she has left for my company? Would you be able to remove it because I can prove that I have never been in touch with her and she has a contract with a different company?  Please let me know when you have a moment, thank you.

  No agreements were signed by any party who owns the home. It has been proven with their lawyers. This company forged signatures. Period. End of story. They're just trying to scam to get money.

  We have never forged any documents. The truth of the matter on this deal was the seller got a higher price and was trying to back out of our initial agreement. 

  Our agreement is legally binding once signed. The seller can't accept any other offers on the property. This is stated in our agreement. 

  The seller then tried to say we forged signatures to get out of the agreement. We have an active memorandum on the property to protect our interest.
