    This is a property management *** in S. *******. They are feckless and incommunicado. My bank sent payment on 1/26/2024. The payment was sent to the Co.'s PO BOX ******, *****, ** ***** for processing on 2/1/2024. It has now been 15 days and when I asked they said they have not received any checks for the disputed amount. I did not send a personal check, the bank itself sent payment. Now, the office manager *********************** does not return calls.

    Hello,

    Thank you, they seemed to have figured out things.  Not sure about everyone else, but they have found the checks. I now have a receipt and funds were deducted days later.  They're either grossly feckless or idiotic.

    Failed to provide compiled financial report for 2022, originally requested on 08/12/2023. Possible fraud going on. Pazos responded on 08/22/2023 but failed to provide the compiled financial report. Many attempts have been made to get the annual compiled report. Property Manager is ignoring requests.     Good morning, I purchased a condo at the Waterways Isles condominium April 2021. It was recently brought to my attention that the roof has to be replaced and we have water intrusion in the building. The building passed the 40 year certification in 2017 when it probably should not have due to the fact that these problems we are having did not happen over night and should have been addressed before passing the 40 year certification. As a homeowner I have the legal right to obtain a copy of the 40 year certification, the contract entered into between the certification company, engineer and the condo association. I have requested this information VIA email and in person with PR Management Solutions in ***** 4 times. They do not answer the phone, return emails, management and owners are never in the office and they have not complied with my requests. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and I have never came across a management company like this......Please help.

Our services as they relate to Water ***************************** are strictly book keeping related. We are not legal council for the association. We also do not sell or lease property. The ************************* would have the records you seek as a matter of public record.  I understand how one could make this error. All the association records including financials are made available to all owners online using your member credentials. If you require credentials please email **************** with the exact address of the unit you own and the name "Waterway Credentials needed" on the subject line.

    On August 28, 2018 I signed a contract which I have attached to rent an apartment located at ***************************************** apt#*** Sunset Village ll which is managed by PR Management Solutions. They required a security deposit of $400.00 prior to moving in which I provided payment. I moved out on July 4 2022 and provided notice of my move to PR Management Solutions on May 26 2022 over a month notice that I was moving. Finalizing my move on July 4, the assailed trash are of the property gate was locked and the mover were unable to place a bed frame and table in the trash area. When I requested refund of the $400 deposit the management company informed me that the due to the bed frame left outside of the trash are I will not receive any amount of my deposit. I informed it was locked and bed frame and table was left on the locked gate of the trash area. I provided plenty of notice to have that gate unlocked during my move. Im requesting a full refund of the $400.00 deposit.

    For Over 2 months, we've been trying to get approvals for our roof to be replaced. we summited approved colors and the shapes that are approved by the community. but we get no response from this management company, several emails and phone calls were made without any success, I have contractor waiting and my roof leaks every time it rains. they don't seem to care and continue to ignore our request. please help!!
