      I have used TEL 3 for many years to call my father's *********** in *******. I have a pre-paid account that now appears to be lost. I have been unable to complete any calls in the last four weeks. This company has gone from an excellent long-distance call provider to an unscrupulous, fraudulent business. I think the federal government should investigate it.*****

      I've used Tel3 for many years but it would now appear they are no longer being responsive to customers and no doubt holding the account money they have received. Not sure if they have gone out of business but I would definitely not sign up for their services.
