      I hate to leave bad reviews for companies out there, but if I would have read the review I'm posting now I would definitely not have hired this company. Of course at first they are great, happy to take your money and get construction going. There was several issues through the construction, mainly because there seemed to be too much water underground. That being said, they were still able to complete the project. I'd say about 6 months later or so, the pool inner wall tiles started cracking and then long cracks along the walls of the pool. The water jets inside the pool began getting crushed and cracked. Now almost two years later after constantly asking them to come work on it they still haven't come to do any actual work. The cracks have grown much larger and much of the tile is falling apart. They seemingly dodge or ignore our calls. They make appointments to come but don't, then say things like that number doesn't work anymore. I think **** the owner has visited twice and took a look, but I suspect more to get ** off their back. The warranty will expire soon and I feel that was the plan all along. At least I'll have the evidence of trying to reach out and likely have to take the company to court for not following up with the damages that keep increasing. It's very frustrating to pay for a service, and believe in a company that has a seemingly long track record. I'll post more photos of the damages, these were the start of the cracks, now most of the tile has completely fallen off. The cracks seem to go deep into the walls and it looks like much of the water is being lost causing my water bill to also be higher than normal. Please take heed, and be aware of this experience.
