    Good afternoon, my name is *************************. I reached out to this company to get plastic surgery. Within a week to two weeks I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life with that I was no longer wanting surgery. The company began to taunt me and send cruel messages so and so forth I then reached out and spoke with the cheap executive of that company. His name is ***. He told me he would give me a refund ignored me for weeks and then told me to call my bank and figure it out by myself, after that, I did reach out to my bank. I had a dispute in and accounting told me that I need to drop my dispute in order to get my money back. I have all of the emails all of the proof of this once I did that and dropped my dispute with my bank, they now have gone cold and will not respond to me. They told me that the is still in place when it is not they are stealing my money. They will not contact me back. They do not care about anybody but themselves. I need my money back.

    I went to this company to get plastic surgery shortly after I gave them a $500 deposit. They demanded a $2000 ***** payment with that. I still have not talked to a surgeon and they started to tell me that I needed a different surgery. I was no longer comfortable. I had reached out to the chief executive. His name is *** and he told me that he would give me a refund after days and days then weeks of not responding to me. I asked for my money back and he became very rude. I then told him that I recorded him telling me that I could have my money back and he said that was against the law, but per Florida statue it is not against the law to record anybody with or without their permission, I again let him know this and then he told me to take my self to my bank and do a dispute so I did that when I did that his accounting department had reached out to me and let me know that I could not file a dispute and it would take them 60 days to return my money. I then let them know that it should not take that long. I had only given them the money not that long ago with that they told me as long as I dropped my dispute, they would return my money that was Weeks ago they went cold and will not respond to me since I dropped my dispute. It seems like they just wanted me to do that so they can keep stealing my money. I really need to help getting my money back. That is a lot of money and I have two children also military and they just dont seem to care.

    Moon plastic surgery has treated me like I wasnt even a patient after I have had the surgery. I asked to speak with my doctor to follow up after having surgery and they treated me very nasty. The *** ************************* told me not to call his phone after he gave me his personal cell phone number. We had an initial phone conversation where he promised me a call from my doctor and when I never got a call and called back he told me not to call his phone and purposely didnt pick up. He acted as if I was bothering him when I was nothing but nice to him. In my opinion when a patient such as myself asks to speak with the doctor they take it as theres something that I want to complain about and they do everything they can to avoid getting you to the doctor that did surgery on you. I feel very depressed and taken advantage of. I couldnt even get something as simple as a phone conversation from my doctor after my surgery and proper treatment from the ***. I feel like this isnt something that I should not be reporting so Im bringing this to the bureaus attention. I also look online and see a lot of reviews with complaints the same as mine and Im literally in shock by the way they have done business. Patients arent disposable and they should get spoken to with respect. I would like for the *** to and doctor to reach out to me with an apology and I would like to discuss revisions or some sort of partial refund due to the poor work and lack of communication and pain and suffering. This whole series of events has made my anxiety worse and has been heavy on my mind.

    On 02/19/24 Moon Plastic Surgery sent me a contract for $8750 for cosmetic surgery I was electing to have done with their clinic. And they never told me they would be charging me $500 deposit which made the balance remaining for surgery- $8250. After they took my deposit they had some other girl call me and tell me because I was using financing Care Credit they would be adding on a fee of $1650 additionally 19% exactly for my surgery cost. I refused to pay anything additional because it was wrong they should have told me prior if they had fees so high ti use Care Credit at their facility. I also reached out to multiple offices who all were transparent on what the fees for using Care Credit would be and no one charges 19% additional for using financing that means with care credit interest. They were just trying to bait and switch- make a contract for prices for surgery discounted and charge you more with so called fees. It was so obvious that they baited and switched my surgery prices that I immediately requested a refund. And said I will not let them touch my body if this is how scandalous they are I didnt want anything to do with their clinic.

    I was planning on having surgery with this company. They were all over the place changing dates and Drs last minute. It felt like it was a scam to be honest so I cancelled the appointment more than 2 months before my surgery. I asked for a refund after putting ***** dollars down. They have not refunded me and do not answer the phone or reply to anything thats sent to them.

    Greetings,I paid a deposit of $4000.00 in February of 2023 for a cosmetic surgery I scheduled for November of 2023 to:Moon Plastic Surgery Center, *****************************************************, Ph:************. However, in August of 2023, I had to cancel my scheduled surgery due to medical reasons, and I promptly requested that my deposit be refunded to me at that time. Upon reviewing my contract with Moon Plastic Surgery, I was well informed of the cancelation policy and fee, which is as follows: A minimum of 30 Days for cancelation before the scheduled surgery date and a $500 cancelation fee. I have no problem paying the cancelation fee, but I have been getting the run-around and being ignored since August 2023.I contacted Moon Plastic Surgery Center again in November 2023, December 2023, and January 09, ****. and today, January 22, ****, via email. I have only received correspondence from Mr. ************************* on December 20, 2023, stating he will look into the matter for meno response after that.I would appreciate any assistance or guidance available on this matter.     So I cancel my surgery for personal reason I cancel in March 2023 and my surgery was for April 2023 as Im reading the contract that I signed is a $500 refundable. He did send me a check of ********************* **** and 100 I want my money please can somebody help me hes not trying to give me my money. **** been trying to ignore me. He was send me threatened messages. All I want is my **** back I need help I dont know what to do.

    Thank you for your cooperation throughout this past year. I am writing to inform you about the resolution of ******************************** case.
    *****************, who had scheduled surgery for April 2023, canceled her appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In response, and as a gesture of goodwill, we initially offered her a non-refundable credit of $1,500.00 for future surgical procedures. This credit was an exception to the standard terms and conditions agreed upon at the onset of our services.
    Additionally, we have processed a final refund check for ***************** in the amount of $1,650.00. It's important to note that ***************** also initiated a dispute with her credit card issuer regarding the charges related to her payments. We responded to this dispute by providing all necessary documentation, including the agreements, payment receipts, and welcome package, which ***************** had previously submitted to both the Better Business Bureau and ************* Services. Consequently, the dispute was resolved in our favor.

    However, following these events, ***************** pursued further action that contradicts the terms of our agreement. Due to this breach of agreement and in light of her actions to dispute the charges after accepting the refund and credit terms, we have decided to revoke the courtesy credit of $1,500.00 previously offered. This amount will now be applied as cancellation fees, as per our initial terms and conditions.

    We regret that the situation has escalated to this point and remain committed to upholding a standard of fairness and transparency in all our transactions. Please feel free to reach out if you require any further information or documentation regarding this matter.
    We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving our patients with the highest level of care and professionalism.

    I paid an initial deposit on January 18th 2023 for the amount of $250. I completed the transaction on February 23rd 2023 with the amount of $3550. Total amount paid $3800. I never spoke or had a consultation with an actual doctor . The main person speaking to me was ************************* . After being told I need labs and test done I had my primary care doctor do them and was not given clearance. I reached out to request a refund. My first email to accounting was on April 9th . I was blocked and ignored. After calling **** from random numbers I finally got ahold of him. He then told me I should wait to get clearance because they would only refund a few hundred dollars if that. I decided I didnt want to loose my money so I might as well wait . After having multiple bad experiences with them and friends who had worse experiences and still not getting clearance I decided I didnt want to wait because my doctor said I could not do it . I requested a refund again . I have now been blocked and ignored by **** and no one will return my calls in the office . I have seen so many people experiencing the same thing and worse . I have contact information for many people scammed out of there money or who had surgery and are not happy with the results and one not even sure if the doctor did the procedure and not a nurse . This place is unprofessional takes peoples money and doesnt return calls. The doctors arent doing the surgeries and they delete bad reviews on ****** and social media. Not to mention they sell you one price and add hundreds of dollars the day is surgery. They need to be investigated or better yet closed before taking someones life. (I would like my refund since the policy states they keep the initial deposit and will issue a refund in ***** days) they should stand on their policy

    I paid for surgery with this place in march they called me in august and told me to come to ***** because I have a scheduled surgery that weekend. **** you they never set a date before this time . So I go down there on a Thursday do my labs go back Friday and they tell me my surgery is on a Saturday they will call me to come in. They never call so I go in the office and I see a doctor in the elevator and hes having casual conversation with me and he asks what procedures did I get if I was there for post opp . So I say no I was supposed to be getting surgery with *********** he said thats funny hes out he broke his hip a week ago . And we dont preform surgery on Saturday. So I go into the office and Im asking questions like why would u have me come here and the dr **** here this doesnt make sense you all dont even preform surgery on Saturday. ******** at the front desk says the dr will be back on Monday come back and they will reschedule me for later in the week . Monday comes no dr. **** you I drove there from ***** to ***** I had to pay for a hotel room for a week which wasnt cheap as well as food and other expenses. So I go back home I requested a refund they tell me someone will be in touch then they start calling like we scheduled u for the end of the month then when that day comes they call and say the same thing . Its the end of the year Ive emailed their accounting department a few times no response Ive also sent a letter no response they wont answer the phone when I call and when they do they transfer me around and hang up . All I want is my money back from this service. So I can go somewhere else

    Dates range from end of May to June 6th when I paid last amount in the office This was for a cosmetic surgery. Lipo, BBL, and ******** I went in for surgery June 7th late that evening. I was put under and about an hour later I was woken up to extreme pain in my throat and body. They told me that they were unable to intubate me and that Id have to pay $4500 more to have it done in a hospital. I knew something was wrong with all this. I found a new dr and facility and 2 weeks later this surgery center was able to intubate just fine and the surgery was performed. Now Moon has kept all my money. I had to do a dispute with my bank about the funds and Moon is keeping funds from me for work that was not performed. I need help. Can someone please assist me with this place. There are many things that seemed very off with this place. Gloves were not worn in the OR, I never talked to the Dr at all. They were snacking and eating in the OR as well. I was just appalled. Now they are sealing my money. I need help. This place should be investigated. *** also tried to contact them multiple times with no call back or email returned. They told me that I would be refunded and that never happened. I was even given the personal cell phone number of the ** of Moon and he never responded to my call or text msgs that I sent him. This place is a joke and everyone there just plays along to the fraud it provides. Ive been waiting for nearly 15 years to have this surgery and I have done extensive research on who I wanted to do it. Not once did I see anything negative about this place. I do not know how they are still in business. I have screen shots and video of text msgs and Im still looking for my contract from them. *********************
