  10/10 would NOT recommend. I paid the full amount to have a boob job done.. I traveled 9 hours- paid for hotel expenses, lab testing etc... showed up for my pre-op appointment on time & was in the process of finishing my paperwork to have the surgery the next morning. While waiting to go back and see the doctors I had a emergency come up with my child who was 9 hours away and with a friend at the time, and let the front desk know that I had to leave due to a emergency- I emailed the accounting representatives as well to let them know I had to cancel my appointment, due to a emergency. The same day I got a email response stating I would be refunded all the money except 1,000$ .. but it would take 30 days... (February 14th). On February 24th, they confirmed that I would be receiving my refund within the 30 day processing time. March 17th. I emailed about the refund & the accounting team told me that my refund is still being processed and I would get a notification once it's been finalized. I emailed March 27th - no response, again on April 1st & the response I got was " We understand you are inquiring about the status of your refund. As we mentioned before, the refund process typically takes up to 30 business days. However, in this instance, there has been a slight delay due to a backlog in processing refunds. On April 2nd I got a emailed stating " We are unable to provide an exact date for your refund due to the high volume of transactions we are currently processing. However, we want to assure you that your refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible" I emailed April 3rd. 9th and 29th with no response back from the accounting team. And on May 1st they emailed me back and told me I would not be getting a refund since my cancellation occured within 14 days.. Now I can't get anybody to respond to my emails or get any body on the phone. They've led me to believe I was getting my money back and now they refuse to do such.

  I performed a survey in this clinic, they charged me one price for one doctor and then they changed the doctor the day before, telling me the price would be less. I love the other ** so I agree. But They never return to me any money!

  I had a Pet lift done Dec 2023. In Jan 2024 I started calling the ** because the 4 bumps in my head did not go down they were actually getting bigger. I was told not to worry that this was normal and they would go away. in Feb there was something coming out of my head, once again I called to have them tell me they were going to tell Dr ********* ******* to call me but not to worry because this was normal. I called and called and called until I got tired and gave up. My head is getting worst. I am now in excruciating pain. One of the open wounds looks like its rotting. I was referred to a plastic surgeon who has asked for my medical records to see exactly what it was that ** ******* used so she can see what can be done but guess what they have not send my medical records. I am in pain, depressed embarrassed and afraid that this can causes permanent damage. Please do not have this procedure done. It is dangerous, painful and not worth it because there was no results only pain. Also please stay away far away from CG cosmetic surgery and Dr ********* *******

  DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The patient coordinator bullied me into signing up for the credit card. She told me that we can check if I am eligible for financing and I wouldn't have to pay anything if I decided to not go on with the procedure. After spending some time on the phone with them, waiting for the check to be ran, I told her that I am not fully commited to having the procedure. She told me that If I don't go through with the procedure then I have wasted both of our time. After guilt tripping me, I had agreed to have the credit check. I had told them I will no longer be going through with the procedure on the SAME DAY they ran the credit check and didn't reply to me but they still opened up the credit card even though I canceled and did not go through with the procedure.

  I had to cancel my surgery and they haven't given my refund back after they have been promising for 4 months. I canceled it more than 30 days before my date and they keep giving me one excuse after another as to why I don't have it yet. This place is a SCAM, stay away!!!!

  This is a very fraudulent company. They steal your money when you cancel a procedure. They will not refund you even when they take their $1000 deposit. I wouldnt recommend anyone using their services. The accounting department is not real, just vague messages about internal issues and no real answers. The only course of action is to get a lawyer and sue them.

  Total scam outfit. No surgery for medical reasons. Won't return $5,000 paid upfront. Avoid this place at all cost. Won't return calls or respond. Going to have to sue to get my money returned

  How sad that we have to take this means to tell about the disappointment of the procedure that Dr. ******* performed on me in this clinic, for evaluation and payment for the procedure they were attentive and in the evaluation they deceived me with the results, nothing was noticeable the changes that I contracted for and that were of high value (***** dollars) I requested a second evaluation with the doctor on several occasions to find out why no change was noticeable, which took a long time to respond, being I from ******* GA They sent me an email to tell me that they were going to do an in-person evaluation in ***** and after 2 months, traveling and the only response from the doctor was that I had flaccidity, they did not inform me of this when the initial evaluation was carried out and if they had told me *************** would not have been made in something that did not see results, at the moment that I was talking to the doctor in question and he left, another worker from this clinic came in suggesting that I could perform the procedure with another doctor. the same clinic that performed this procedure better and at a different cost, only making me waste my time, enthusiasm and money, the pain caused by this procedure lasted more than a month, which they were never attentive to my results, if I had been comfortable with what has been done, but no, they only call and worry at the beginning until the person decides and then they do not worry about the service provided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
