I received a call because I submitted an inquiry regarding veneers. I wanted to know pricing information and mentioned I was just exploring options. I was pressured into signing a document on the phone that I clarified was not financially binding. Hungcy told me I was signing to submit the report to see how much my cost would be. I refused to sign the invoice and did not schedule. I have now received a bill for $7200 for the entire treatment cost. I called back and asked why I was being charged and Hungcy had scheduled me without my approval. I reached out to claims and was told i owe a nonrefundable $1000 and have been unable to reach anyone since. I am extremely scared and frustrated and need help resolving this issue because I received no services and do not plan on it.Business Response

Date if transaction was 10/15/2024, paid $6500. Unfortunately my *** advised not to perform the surgery due to my health condition which was shared with CG Cosmetics. All documents and proof was sent over the course of 8 months. We reached out for a refund and have not been given based on the agreement even after the evidence. Every other week we contact Accounting and they do not give us a clear response or date. I am planning on taking legal action if this issue is not resolved.Business Response

In 11/20/2024 I signed a contract with CG cosmetic for a facelift procedure on that date I paid with a medical credit card$3,400. As a deposit. then after that date I paid with a personal credit card on 12/7 $500 and on 12/7 on the afternoon with another personal credit card paid$800 . On 12/13 using my bank debit card I paid $500 And at that times I did not have any surgery date, because I wasn't sure when I will have all the rest of the money. Then in 2/28 I called and my previos coordinator do not work there anymore, I paid with my bank debit $2000 to my new coordinator .and O schedule the surgery for 4/15/2025 at that time I still owe ***** for my face , neck and eyes procedure, and my new coordinator at that moment told me that the facelift only include the neck not the eyes .when I asked how much more will be went up to $6,100 additional in total the surgery will cost almost $12000. I think about this and I rescheduled the surgery for 7/16 .but the new contract never showed the new date and the name of my coordinator was the first one that no longer work there since December 2024. I complained about this a couple times but the new coordinator ignored my request to update the date and the coordinator name on that contract. I then got suspicious of this staff and I decided to canceled the procedure on 513 and request my$ ***** I have paid. They sent me generic email that seems they use for e everyone who cancel , the email just told me to wait 30 days. I wait the 30 days , and when I email them again it said that they haven't process my refund. And I have been request updates only by emails because apparently there's no one in person to talk to from the clinic and no response. seems that they vanished and seems to me they have no intentions to give me my money as easy as they took it in seconds out of my cards. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I paid the full amount to have a breast aug done.. I traveled 9 hours- paid for hotel expenses, lab testing etc... showed up for my pre-op appt on time & was in the process of finishing my paperwork to have the surgery the next morning. While waiting to go back & see the doctors I had a emergency come up with my child who was 9 hours away & with a friend at the time. I let the front desk know that I had to leave due to a emergency- I emailed the accounting **** as well to let them know I had to cancel my appt, due to a emergency. The same day I got a email response stating I would be refunded all the money except 1k .. but it would take 30 days... (Feb 14th). On Feb 24th, they confirmed that I would be receiving my refund within the 30 day processing time. Mar 17th I emailed about the refund & the accounting team told me that my refund is still being processed & I would get a notification once it's been finalized. I emailed Mar 27th - no response& again on Apr 1st for an update & the response I got was "We understand you are inquiring about the status of your refund. As we mentioned before, the refund process typically takes up to 30 business days. However, in this instance, there has been a slight delay due to a backlog in processing refunds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are working diligently to process your refund as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on its status."On April 2nd I got a emailed stating "We are unable to provide an exact date for your refund due to the high volume of transactions we are currently processing. However, we want to assure you that your refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible"I emailed Apr 3rd. 9th & 29th with no response back. On May 1st they emailed me back & told me I would not be getting a refund since my cancellation occured within 14 days..Now I can't get anybody to respond to my emails or get any body on the phone.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to accounting the day I had to cancel, right after I left the office who stated otherwise. Why for several months was I told that my refund was being processed if it never was in the process? Y'all have lead me on for months stating I should be receiving a refund- now all of a sudden I'm not? It's fraud. Why y'all tend to do this to almost half your patients is disgusting. Why do y'all keep anybodies money other than a 1k deposit if they didn't have the surgery?? You would think having morals would be important to people, but it's apparent this company has none.Sincerely,

*****, came for pre-op and left. The day of pre-op is the day before the procedure. Patients can reschedule their procedure in case of an emergency. Since your surgery was canceled the day before the procedure patient is not entitled to any refund. Please contact your coordinator to explore your rescheduling options.

Now what in your right mind would make you think I would want to reschedule my surgery with a company who has clearly shown me how they operate? Do you think that I paid tons of money for the testing,gas and lodging expenses and now your $3,500 scam amount just so I could have a emergency happen with my child and have to cancel this procedure? Not to mention the time and travel it took to get there in general. This place is literally like a chop shop, all y'all have done is scam people - and continue to do so. Why has your accounting department been telling me a refund had been processed multiple times and strung me along for months just to say otherwise? What a joke this company is. Very unprofessional. Clearly y'all don't care about any of y'all's patients and only the money. The fact this place thinks it's okay to keep anybodies money and not providing the service (regardless if the customer cancelled) is disgusting. I understand keeping the deposit- but the entire amount is a scam. I assume this company is only being ran still . Off of the funds you keep from people that don't go through with surgery ... Based on the company policy patient signed and agreed if a procedure is cancelled 0-14 days from the procedure day patient I snot entitled to any refund. Patients must understand that when a procedure is cancelled the day before, we already had anesthesiologist recovery room, nurses, doctors and a surgical spot that was not sold to anybody else. Patients can always reschedule the procedure nonetheless if a refund is requested patients have to abide by the cancellation policy they signed and agreed to.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-refund of a payment in the amount of $3,500 that I made to your company for a surgery that was either not rendered or did not meet the agreed terms.The payment was made in March 10, and after multiple communications with your team, I have yet to receive the funds back, despite being assured that a refund would be processed. I have complied with all procedures and provided the necessary documentation, yet there has been no resolution.This delay is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, especially considering the significant amount involved and the sensitive nature of medical procedures. I called to get info on Mommy Make over the lady on the phone ask that I apply for the credit so I did but I never authorized her to charge the card. I did not do the surgery and I told her the next day that I would not being doing the surgery with this because I saw some bad reviews. She said that is fine. I did not know she charged the new card until I recieved the bill. I called them and they said I needed to email accounting. I have been emailing them for a week everyday and just spoke to the consultant and she barely speaks english and was very angry when I told her it is illegal to charge a card when not authorized. She said she would talk to accounting. I called the credit card company they said they would put a dispute in but that will take ***** days. The other thing is that they ran my credit with som random name, I will not have to fix this with the credit companies as well. Please help me get may refund.Business Response

I have to perform a surgery in this clinic due to health complications and the ***************** told me I have to remove the implants. They charge me a certain amount of money for one dr, but the day before the surgery they change without any notice the surgeon and they told me the price would be ***** less. I was in so much pain that I agreed. I am very happy with the doctor *** performed my surgery, he doesn't have anything to do with this. The thing is they haven't returned my money which they told me is 840 dollars they are charging something else! I have been sending emails to *************************************** which is the only way of communication, I sent more than 38 emails requesting my money, they always said is in process have been already more than 3 months ( surgery was performed on 2/24/25. if you can please help me? Your complaint was already responded to- Your refund of $ 860 for services not used was already refunded back to your card ending on 7199. You need to wait 5 to 7 business days to see it on your account. Your refund was processed last week Thursday and Friday was a holiday.

Ive been reaching out since April 15, 2025 about my refund and have been given the runaround every single time. CG Cosmetics claims refunds are processed within 21 days, yet here I am nearly two months laterwith NOTHING. They have completely failed to follow their own policy, and its obvious at this point they are deliberately ignoring me.Lets be realthis is happening because I left a ****** review calling out both CG Cosmetics and the shady, unlicensed home health agency they recommended, ********************************* Not long after that review, ***** from the ****************** called me in a panic saying CG Cosmetics told her about my review and begged me to take it down. I said absolutely not and told her to issue my refund immediately. Still *********** the agency is claiming they dont have the money to refund me? Thats complete nonsense. So not only am I dealing with scammy behavior from CG Cosmetics, but also from the fraudulent agency theyre sending people to. Both of these businesses are fully aware of what theyre doing and should be held 100% accountable. On April 17, 2025, I spoke with an agent from CG Cosmetic to discuss pricing for cosmetic services. She insisted that a loan request be processed to guaranty the price offered for services and further indicated that after speaking with the doctor, I would be fully reimbursed for any services that I chose not to move forward with. At no time, did she say there was a $1000 non-refundable fee for signing paperwork and she persisted that documents required signature to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. An appointment to meet with the doctor was scheduled for May 9, 2025. I appeared for my scheduled appointment but never spoke with the surgeon because I was told he was delayed in surgeries. The lack of professionalism that was demonstrated by this company's staff, the poorly maintained surroundings, and endless negative observations while I waited for my appointment, completely dissuaded me from proceeding with their services. Prior to leaving the premise, I advised that I would not be moving forward with their services and was instructed to send an email of cancellation. An email was sent on May 9, 2025 and on the same day I received a response indicating that a refund of the full amount minus a deposit non-refundable fee of $1,000.00 would be processed. Upon dispute of same, I was told that the issue was being escalated to a supervisor who had the authority to waive the non-refundable fee. To date, I have yet to be contacted by a supervisor. Instead, I was contacted by the credit company indicating that I was behind one month on payment for the full $7,000.00. I disputed the full amount with the credit company and also corrected my mailing address after verifying that I had never received any documentation for payment. The credit company corrected my address, waived the late payment fee and suspended the account pending their dispute investigation. CG Cosmetic's predatory practice should be criminalized. I am writing to follow up on the status of my refund for a BBL surgery I booked with CG Cosmetic on April 1st and subsequently canceled on April 15th due to medical ********** per the terms outlined, I understand the non-refundable deposit of $1,000 applies.
