I am writing because we were shipped the wrong size tree. A previous order for the same tree (#*****) is pictured in the second picture. The first picture was the tree we just received (#*****). The first tree does represent the description of 7gal-6-7ft-Pbottle. The second tree, even though it was priced more money is much smaller and perhaps 4 foot. I think we may have received the wrong tree. I did reach out to the business, but was given the runaround, even though I complied with their requests for pictures with a rulerBusiness Response

Dear BBB,
Thank you for reaching out and providing the pictures regarding your recent order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to fully document the situation as we do not have images of the palm being measured from the bottom of the pot up to the tallest section of the foliage. The images you've provided show the palm after it has been planted into the ground, which does not allow for an accurate measurement of the tree's height.
Additionally, in order to proceed with a replacement, we do require the original palm to be returned in its original packaging and pot. Once we receive the palm in this condition, we will be happy to exchange it for a suitable replacement.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we are here to assist you with the return and exchange process. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I ordered a very large monstera for $279 and received a very broken and diseased plant. After reaching out and finally (a week later) hearing from customer service, they sent a new plant. That plant also was diseased and died too.Initial Complaint

Received a stressed plant that has died. After months of working with the company trying ti save the plant the business is now requesting that the customer pay for the additional fees/costs for returning/exchanging the dead plant. Sometimes plants experience stress issues from shipping and don't recover. At this point, in light of the difficulties addressing the issues with this plant, I no longer want a replacement + pay additional fees. Answered all of their questions and followed through on all the care instructions and provided pictures. It has become very clear that they do not stand behind their plants. The plan is now dead and has been discarded/recycled. (It is unclear why the plant died so to avoid a possible pest infestation or some other issue the I had to take extra measures to make sure my other plants don't also have issues)Business Response

We are writing in response to the recent customer complaint filed against our company. We take all customer feedback seriously and strive to address any concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
In the case of the customer's complaint, we want to emphasize that we made diligent efforts to resolve the issue by offering multiple solutions. Firstly, we proposed sending a replacement plant to address the customer's dissatisfaction. However, the customer expressed apprehension about the condition in which the plant would arrive and declined this option.
Furthermore, it's important to note that our policy outlines the procedure for obtaining a full refund, which requires the plant to be returned to our facility. Additionally, as stated in our policy, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer was informed of this when discussing the refund process.
In support of our communication with the customer, we have attached an image provided by the customer, showing the condition of the plant upon arrival. We took immediate action by providing care tips to assist the customer in helping the plant recover from its transit journey.
We want to reiterate that we strived to offer satisfactory resolutions to the customer, but unfortunately, none were accepted. We value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to addressing their concerns to the best of our ability.

I purchased a plant from here. It was supposed to arrive on a certain date, it arrived about a week after the date I was told. Once it finally arrived, the plant was half dead, i tried to do all the care i could to save it and sent the company pictures, it loses 5 leaves a day, completely dead now, and they offered ZERO help to me. So, now I spent $112 for a DEAD plant.Business Response

To whom it may concern,
We received the order (****) from ************** on June 14, 2023. The Customer's order was packaged and received by our shipping carrier, ********************* on June 16th, 2023. As shown very clearly on the tracking information provided by our carriers, 399671469154, the package was delivered with no extensive transit delays on June 20th, 2023. On the same day, our customer contacts our support team about her order, stating that the tracking shows delivered but not having a package at her doorstep. In these cases, we contact ***** Support to immediately get an update and confirmation of proper delivery. Upon talking to the representative, they noted to us that the customer's name which was visible on the shipping label, was also clearly visible on the side of the home where ***** had initially delivered the package. We requested confirmation of the shipping address and confirmation that our carrier's proof of delivery was indeed an unfamiliar location for her packages. Our customer stated that the home where the item was delivered was not in fact her shipping address. However, on June 28th, 2023, 8 days after our carriers showed the item delivered, the client states that the package was indeed delivered to the initial unfamiliar location with obvious transit damages. We provided a step by step for the plant's optimal care so the plant can bounce back from the slight transit damages. At this time, our customer had requested an immediate replacement which we agreed to sending a plant free of charge, but we requested for the client to purchase the shipping label for the replacement as the carrier posted an appropriate transit time and proper proof of delivery on the initial delivery. We did in fact want to assist our customer in receiving the product in the best condition, however we could not send a plant free of charge without our client covering the transit to the same shipping address that caused issues to the initial plant. Furthermore, after a week of not being able to find an ideal resolution for our client, we sent the customer a full refund. This was a complex transit inconvenience and we did all we could to offer our best course of action, the client was not satisfied with the options we offered for her order and resulted in a full refund.Customer Answer
