    Scheduled an in home lab appt last week and an hour before arrival this morning I get a call rescheduling because apparently Im not important enough. There was no call back number provided and the call came from a number my carrier flagged as spam: Good morning ****** calling calling regarding your appointment today to do two for senior event. We won't be able to make your appointment today so we will continue to be scheduled for tomorrow as tomorrow is not worth it. Give us a call back at *********** again ********. Have a great day. Apologies for the.There is no one at this business to speak to as theres no customer service number probably on purpose which is unscrupulous and no way to get my money back. My time is important. IS NOT WORTH IT? How the h*** can I give a call back to a number listed above missing digits?? Im very angry right now.

    Signed up for a lab slot from 6-8.Lab person didnt contact me until after 8 am and sounded like she just woke up telling me she would be an hour late due to unforeseen circumstances. When I told her this was unacceptable as my son was fasting and we didnt receive any contact from her until after our appt time she literally hung up on me and didnt answer my calls back. A point person from ******** called and sided with the empolyee as if I had to accept the situation.

    We sincerely apologize for the delayed arrival and any inconvenience it may have caused. After reviewing the situation with our supervisor, we confirmed that the phlebotomist was running behind due to an unforeseen delay at a prior appointment.
    Our team proactively contacted the patients guardian to inform them of the delay and offered several options: to proceed with the appointment at the later time, to reschedule for a future date, or to receive a full refund. The guardian opted for a refund, which we promptly processed.
    We understand the importance of timely service and are taking steps to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    I scheduled an appointment for April 29 at 8 AM to have somebody collect my labs from my home. I paid $99. I took time of work. The person came and drew my blood when I went to my doctors appointment to get my results on May 5. There were no labs and no record of it when I called LabCorp they have no labs in my name so the person who drewmy blood, never took my blood work in and now its missing I cant get a hold of get labs. They wont return my call or emails And theres no way to speak to somebody personally I just want my money back or my lab results.

    My wife paid for lab work that our doctor needed from *******. All appointments close and far were too far out, as our doctor will be seeing us soon my wife ******** ********* booked and paid for both as this was more convenient..She got her labs back. I haven't..this was on 2-26-2025 and had a 630 appointment at home..Now my doctor is requesting a labcorp appointment. All the labs were done at home by a young man named ****** If I don't get my labs to ******* I'm requesting a refund.

    This company collected my lab specimens and then LOST them, but refuses to admit they are lost, or contact me whatsoever. It has been over three WEEKS when I was promised a three DAY turnaround. They will not respond to my emails, calls and other messages.

    Regarding your lab specimens, we drew them on 9/13, and after contacting Labcorp, weve confirmed that the specimens were sent out for testing externally. ******* has assured us that the results are not lost and are still pending under accession number ***********. While we are closely monitoring the situation, we recommend you reach out directly to ******* for further updates, as they may be able to provide more detailed information.
    We are currently waiting for the results from the lab, but if Labcorp does not process them, we will gladly provide a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: Yes I 100% deserve a refund, but as a business they have lied to me for three weeks and to the BBB. I could not even gain a response from this business until I took action with the BBB!

    I was very specific that as I was leaving town I needed the blood drawn immediately, which they even postponed by a day without warning. I had to delay my departure. I am not in mainland *** now and have no way to get these tests done. This business should be cited as a fraudulent operation and lose all medical licensing.

    This patient needed labwork ordered by her physician sent to Quest Diagnostic. For patients convenience, Quests website refers an in-home 3rd party service for a phlebotomist technician to come to the patients residence or business to draw blood/collect urine. This was appealing since the patient is 84yrs old and getting out is difficult. The complaint: upon the technicians arrival to the patients residence, which is an assisted living facility (and was commented in the note section when appt was scheduled that technician will have to check-in at front desk), this technician RESUED to provide ANY sort of ID or business credentials to the security guard. This is STANDARD security procedure. The security guard said the technician threatened to REFUSE services to the patient if she were not allowed to enter and therefore left. Shortly after i spoke to the security guard about the incident, i received a text message from GetLabs stating the appointment had been canceled. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL and now highly SUSPICIOUS why someone employed by a company would not identify themselves. What did they have to hide?? Are they even qualified to be performing phlebotomy services to patients?? Does GETLABS vet their employees?? Next issue: I contacted another employee of GetLabs to inform of the techs behavior being unacceptable business practice, especially involving 84 yr old patient, and asked how to request a refund for services patient did NOT receive. This person called her supervisor *******, who told her because appointment was canceled under 24hrs NO refund can be madeper company policy. However the PATIENT DID NOT cancel the appt, the TECHNICIAN CANCELED the appt. after being denied entrance into the building without some sort of identifying credentials. This is unethical business practice, a safety and security concern, in addition to concerns who the company GetLabs is employing. For the protection of others, potential customers BEWARE!

    I received an email saying you are closing this file that the customer was unresponsive. That is not true! I did indeed respond via the link emailed to me said and I answered the questions. There was no place to add/type  a comment, your questions did not address the situation but I could only select the options provided Therefore it is inappropriate and inaccurate this case was closed. If there was a way to add more information I would have, I answered the questions you I asked and as I already mentioned,  there was no place for me to type additional information.     I ordered Getlabs for a urine and blood sample from home. The lab order needed to be done in time for my doctor get the results by Friday the 31st. I decided to have this done at home because I am not a fan of needles, giving blood and urine, etc. I figured it'd be more comfortable and Labcorp advertises a partnership with Getlabs, it seemed legitimate and tested.The specialist arrived on time at 9am on Friday 24th, 2024. She took my urine sample. She spent about 45 minutes trying to take my blood but could not. Her excuses were that *** veins move, won't raise, etc. She tried both arms and my hand. I haven't had these issues before. While I have had a phlebotomist or 2 mention "ooh, you've got a tricky vein!" or something of that nature, none have ever been unable to draw blood. She started getting some text messages and then said she'd have to reschedule. I told her she could do whatever she needed to do now because I absolutely needed to get the test done and get the results to my doctor by ******. She got on her cell, said she spoke with her Supervisor and said she'd been scheduled to be back on Tuesday (today, between 9 and 11am). Not 10 minutes after leaving my card was charged.I've been fasting, eating at 5pm yesterday. It's now ~12pm, no phone call or text from the Specialist or Getlabs. There is absolutely no way to reach this company or the specialist. The phone number here (424....) is a recording telling customers to use the website. On the website, I left 2 messages, 1 asking to text directly to my cell and 1 asking to call me. They open at 9EST. I haven't received either. I did get the urine test and results, but at this point, I will now have to go and get this bloodwork done at a lab. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do your best to use an alternative. If you are bed-ridden and have to get/use this service because there's no other around, make sure you get some numbers and make sure you TEST them.

    A representative from Getlabs reached out to me at ~2:43pm or so. She said that she didn't see notes or anything additional on the account stating that there was any rescheduling done at all, only that someone came out and did what they had to do.

    After explaining the issue, she offered me a refund. I'm not sure whether you reached out to them or not to cause this reaction, but as of now I am satisfied and we can consider the issue closed.

    I selected Getlabs as the lab to come take a significant amount of blood for a health test I was having done. They sent a specialist to my house who, for starters, gave bad information- I needed a urine sample but she told me I didnt, then after I used the restroom told me she was wrong and I did need to give a urine sample. But the MAJOR issue is that she took many ***** of blood weeks later I still hadnt heard anything about my testing the end user company said they never received the labs from Getlabs I had to reach out to Getlabs (no one reached out proactively) and they said they cannot locate the results and that the results are missing. So they lost my blood?? No one will answer the email with a number for me to call to speak with someone sure, they refunded my appointment but thats not my primary concern by a mile how do you just lose multiple ***** of someones blood and never reach out to them proactively and then never reach out to them retroactively to explain the possible ways this could have happened and make it right??

    Dear BBB,

    The patient contacted us, prompting a full investigation with the lab. We have verified that the samples were dropped off and signed in at the following Labcorp location: ********************************************************************************************. Additionally, our GPS tracking confirms the phlebotomist's location during the sample drop-off.

    Labcorp occasionally discards samples due to reasons such as incorrect processing or handling errors on their end. Unfortunately, these issues are beyond our control. While their redraw rate is less than 1%, such incidents do occur occasionally.

    We have provided the patient with a full refund and attempted to reach out to discuss the matter, but we have not received a response.

    Contracted with GetLabs through LabCorp to have blood work performed at my house. Canceled the appointment and requested a refund of the 79 dollars. They are refusing to refund the money saying that they have a cancellation policy that says Im not entitled to a refund. Never agreed to any early cancellation fees or terms. No service was ever provided and no offer to reschedule it. Seeking refund of *****.

However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, we regret that we cannot issue a refund. This is because we have already made preparations for your appointment and are unable to fill the slot with another patient on such short notice, resulting in lost opportunity for other bookings. It's important to note that our booking process clearly outlines our cancellation policy before the appointment is confirmed, ensuring transparency for our patients. In the specific case mentioned, the patient's appointment was scheduled for 8am on December 21, 2023, and was cancelled at 9pm on December 20, 2023.

    I paid for GetLabs to come to my house to take blood. I received an text this morning at **** hours telling me that my technician (******) was on the way and would be at my house at **** hours. I waited at my house until after **** and no one came. My wife has been home since that time and no one ever showed. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to the company through their website and I get no response.
