            ************************************* Unlawful resist to refund me my money for pet insurance that I did not authorize, in the amount of $65.42 on August 18,2023. The Petland store manager also lied about the amount that would be debited from my *********** More over once I notified the manager at the Pet Store on Aug 18, ****, he assured me that he will contact the fraudulent/scam dog insurance provider. Then he mentioned I can just call to cancel this charge. I do not remember the representative that helped me, but they promised that the amount would be refunded. Only after many calls they hold out and send my wife an email Sep 20,2023 stating they canceled. This is ridiculous and scam like behavior from this business. They bank I have is an online ************ Chime that dont care about there costumer money being unauthorized withdrawn from there costumer account. Please help this is not fair.
