Paid $579.00 for 4-day expedited passport services at visasandpassports.com the 4-d service was advertise on their website as a 4day service where they review documents and provide with steps to submit documents and receive a passport within days 4 days. Even under the *** and the initial email they continue to advertise 4d service. It has been 9 days and we cannot get any type of services from this company. When we asked for refund they simple stated no refunds, we asked for a manager and were put on hold 3 times and were disconnected each of these times making it impossible to speak with a supervisor. We have waited over one week and not only are they not providing the advertised service they are not providing ANY service at all, and refuse to give me a refund. So they basically just stole $579 under false advertising.Initial Complaint

I placed an order, Order #******* on May 29. It was for Passport Renewal [25 days] + ********************* $7.95 + **************** Protection Plan $14.95;I received an auto-reply when I uploaded the required paperwork. Minutes later I received an email saying "everything looks good', we will send a ***** label. I spent 2 days calling - 4x per day and I even went to their DC Office on Tuesday, May 30 and Wednesday, May 31. LOCKED! This company is a total scam. I was duped. I did not check for any BBB complaints before using this service. After no response from the company as of COB yesterday, I advised them (*********************** via email (in doing googling I learned she is based in ***** at a call center)- since no one ever picks up the phone) that I was done trying to track them down and asked that my money be refunded immediately. No reply. About one hour ago, on Thursday, June 1, I received an auto-generated ***** label to put my documents in and send them to ********. I was not stupid enough this time, to trust that they would really process this or be available if my passport goes missing. So, I replied back again that I requested a complete refund yesterday, as they are offering a "non-service" and this is a scam. No response yet. I want my $229.90 refunded to my original form of payment (credit card) and I want these folks shutdown so they can't keep scamming more people. We were impacted twice. My husband also did his renewal at the same time, employing their service (************************************). His order # is *******. After several calls to confirm processing times, I proceeded to purchase an expedited, 3-day passport renewal on April 3, 2023 in the amount of $767.00. Order #: *******. All personal documentation requested was verified as correct. Then, they changed the processing date beyond the 3 day service originally promised. I canceled the service verbally and in writing because they delayed service was unacceptable. I did not mail any a documents to them so the only service they provided was checking documents and providing a false service date. They agreed, verbally and in writing, to cancel my order and refund my money. After one month , no refund has been issued. Repeated attempts to contact the account manager or any other individual have failed. No answer to phone or email inquiries.Initial Complaint

I will admit I was duped. I should have vetted this operation more closely. But we paid the fee. After that it was impossible to reach anyone for help. On hold forever. No assistance or service. I canceled my order and demanded a refund. They said no, that 24 hours had already passed and they were keeping my money. I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank. Placed my order for $414.95 on 9/21/22 and the money was deducted immediately before instructions were provided. I called same day to cancel order (spoke to ****) as I could not provide the plane ticket they were asking for. They advised me to purchase a cheap refundable flight so I could provide flight confirmation, and then cancel my flight ticket. I was not comfortable doing this, and so they agreed to refund me the $414.95. I called back on 11/10 (spoke to ****) to advise that I have not recd. the fund, and again today, 12/1/22 (spoke to *****). I was transferred to their *********** voice mail stating to leave a message which I did. I believe this is a scam based on the numerous BBB Complaints.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 10/4/2022 and was told within a few hours that they couldn't help me. So the customer service agent cancelled the order and I have called 7 times as of today with the same outcome. They tell me its approved and they will escalate it to their accounting ***** The accounting ***** is also the owner. There isn't an actual accounting ***** I am waiting on $420. Hi I cancelled my order with passportsandvisas.com within 30 mins of requesting, and have not received a refund from the company. It has been 3 weeks since the transaction and the merchant refuses to provide a refund.Any attempts i made to get in touch on phone, go as follows, Some one picks up the phone and once they realize it as about refund, they acknowledge that I canceled the order and then say that they will transfer me to their finance department, and I am put on hold indefinitely.This looks like an outright scam!
