    On Friday, September 30 I placed an order online with ******* Store through their website to get documents printed. I chose the store here in ** #**** where I live but the website sent my order to a store in FL # ****. When I went to the store that I requested on Saturday, October 1, ************************************************************** what happened. They then contacted the store in FL to get my file so they can print it and charged me an additional $19 for the file to be printed. I am disputing the charge of $44 because I never received the printed documents.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      When I went on the *** store website I located the ********* store and click start order, and the order was still sent to the wrong store.  That is a defect with the website which is not my error.   This was a glitch with the system itself.  And when the store in Bethlehem realized the error they contacted the store and asked for them to send them the file.  Also when I contact the store directly I was told that I picked up the order at the store.  When I asked for camera footage of me picking up the order and was told they did their job of printing it.  This is not good customer service if you ask me.

    I would like a full refund .
