    I booked a ticket to travel last year to ****** after booking u was sent a confirmation number and a phone number which I called it was there I was told that u will not be able to take any bags I ask how can I travel to a funeral without luggage so I had to cancel that flight because there upgrade was to high I booked with another airline and added out of half of the money I paid them they then sent me a complaint email stating that I can call anytime to book another trip so I called to do so they said they cant find anything under my name they person in the other end then called the airline and told me that I have until June **************************************************************************** a day and I will call and make the arrangements since this date was not plan the person even called me back Now I called they are saying that my ticket has expired and only offering me a flight where I will have to pay for travel and had the ***** to ask me if I remember the agent name so I ask if they dont have access to who is answer calls in there center because each person that logs in there should be traction so as of now I lost all my money and never took a trip these people are fraud

    The company posted an airline ticket price I paid then they emailed that the tickets was over $200 more. Called Travoport and they said it was pending but I needed to pay $200+ to secure the ticket.. they withdrew the money from my account and provided no service. I believe this is a bait and switch. They should return my money because no service was ever rendered from Travoport. I have looked online and there are many reviews stating similar experiences. Their practices are deceptive at the very least and the three employees seem to feel it is justified by following company policy or have implemented their own justifications treating consumers as they do.. i feel they essentially stole money from me. I have now had to close down my card and am scared they might try to withdraw money without my knowing. If they have done this to several hundred people at $100/person they could be committing some kind of crime like grand larceny or something similar by mis representing and scamming so many people. All I want is justice for the people they have taken advantage of and reimbursement of my money. I want to notified of your findings through the email I provided for the return of my money and any and all citations or similar reprimands incurred by that company on your behalf. I will contact your Attorney General if I need to have injunctions class action or criminal charges brought forth from this situation. Thank you for your time

    Hello,I had my Delta Flights somehow switched over to Travoport for rebooking. I spoke to a **** that later became ****** and then to ****. I booked a to and from to *******. They gave me a transfer destination on both flights. Travoport told me that I didnt need to pay for luggage. I did have to pay for luggage, the proof from Travoport was not valid. Thats $120 for both ways on. Top of the $837 that I payed for 2 passengers. My 1st flight home left without our plane and with my luggage! Im disabled and some of my meds were on the plane. If I wasnt told that I didnt have to check my luggage that I couldve put in my overhead I wouldve had my meds. My luggage was under the weight the weight of a carry on. My second flight home I was told that I was never booked on the flight after I verified 3 times with Travoport. I called and I told the first ******** service person that my boarding passes werent coming through email. I asked her what the email address was and she said, **** **** at Gmail. Com. , I said that that was their own ******** service person that sold me the tickets and gave her the correct email address. She was condescending and rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else that said she hadnt changed the address and took mine again. He assured me that the email would be sent. It was not. I called back a 3rd time to be told that I was booked on the flight and there was a glitch in the system. Travoport never booked me for two tickets plus luggage to go home. I was stranded in *********( connecting flight home) with very little money left. I ended up buying two tickets with a different airline (American) that cost $436. Plus $20 for rebooking insurance.

    I booked a flight through this company on May 19th at around 8:00 pm. The flight I selected is from ******* to ****** with ***************, leaving this Friday afternoon, and I received the confirmation number IQWPZJ immediately via email. Today I receive an email titled, "Urgent: Action Required for Your Flight Booking (Reservation Number: IQWPZJ)" requesting that I call toll-free number: *************** at my earliest convenience to resolve an "issue". When I give them a call, the "issue" they are referring to is that I don't really have a flight booked yet, but if I do want it, it will cost an additional $189.00. They also inform me that the initial payment of $126.26 is non-refundable. This is scam! United has the same flight for $215.00. I have never used this company before, but they were on ********* and I've used them plenty of times, so I booked. Big mistake! This company never had any intention of booking my flight, but only to scam me for more money. The additional $189.00 also did not include baggage, that was another fee. I am seeking a full refund and I definitely want the consumers to know that they should never use this company to book flights or anything else.

    This company is a scam. Please shut them down. I was deceived as they sound so friendly and accommodating if you get on a call with them but they still burn people. Ruined my trip by taking payment and sending confirmation They never actually bought the ticket. By the time this was realized the flight I thought I had purchased was 250$ more expensive since it was so close to the departure date. They tried to blame me initially then back peddled and tried to say it was a credit card processing error on their part but refused to make it right. I asked not to be charge since allegedly no ticket was purchased yet still see charge on my account

    I purchased 3 tickets on Delta through Travoport on 5/18. The amount for each ticket was $240.70. The flights were on ************** from *************** to *******. I was purchasing these tickets for my elderly mother, my disabled brother & mentally delayed, step-brother so they could attend my son's wedding in June. I put them in my brother's name and put his contact info on the itinerary. They started calling my brother at 7 am on 5/19. They stated that these tickets weren't guaranteed, that they only had 1 confirmed seat available, and that my ************* would have to fly stand-by while my step-brother was a confirmed passenger. They pressed my brother to make a decision about taking the deal they were offering. I was at work, so rather than call me initially, he attempted to make the necessary changes so that all 3 of them would be able to fly together. They changed the airport to *** (over 100 miles away). I tried to call during my lunch to figure out what was going on, and spoke to an agent named ***, who confirmed all of this, but they needed my authorization to make these changes. My brother had already accepted this change, so I figured ok, however, these folks had already charged my credit card $523.88 and later attempted to collect another $419.22. My bank flagged this as fraud and stopped payment on it. When speaking again with *** where I attempted to cancel the transaction, I was told that I couldn't do so. It seems as if this was a clear case of ************** They also told my brother that there was no guarantee that the fares wouldn't increase again. I am clearly not happy with this transaction, but more than this, I feel that this company doesn't operate honestly. They really put the full-court press on my brother, and made him feel this was the only option. However, my credit card hadn't been charged until they contacted him, versus when I entered the credit information, because I don't believe this company ever had those tickets to sell!

    Yesterday I purchased a round trip ticket through Travoport. I got an email confirmation about my trip. Today I got an email saying there were no seats available on my first flight and they could sell me a ticket for $350 more for the day before. One person I spoke with told me he could make a one time exception and refund my money. He transferred me to the refund department where I was completely disrespected by ***** ****- Im sure it was not his real name!This company is a scam and I think they need to be shut down so unsuspecting customers are not duped the way I was!

    Website lacks information regarding restrictions and limitations. Email confirmation doesn't not outline restrictions or lack of guaranteed seating. They call and provide additional booking restrictions and trybto scam you into paying more for guaranteed seat and ability to being a carry on bag or luggage.

    I Book a flight on May 10th 2025 for my Elderly Aunt for a Trip to *** to Attend her Mothers Funeral on May 15 2025. Well the day before my Aunts Departure I called to make sure everything was in place because she was traveling alone & plus she never received a E-mail confirmation for her trip as stated when booking the ticket. Well finally got a *** by the name of ***** which was the Superior of **** he told me she would get a e-mail ****** mins from the time I called well that never happened. I called back to speak with **** @ ext 2184 she tells me Delta Over booked her flight plus I only purchased a 1 way ticket Whig was a lie because that wasnt an option when booking the flight. She was going from *************** to ******* May 12 then returning from ******* to ********** on May 17th which was charged to her master card for $376 but then after talking to **** she tells me she would have to pay an EXTRA $376 in order for her to even get a seat with Delta because she only paid for a one way ticket. They did nothing to accommodate me @ all even after telling them that my Aunt had to hurry & get to *** to bury her Mother on May 15 2025. They said all sales are Final NO REFUND but the Trick is they dont show that part until youve already made the purchase for the ticket. This company is 100% SCAMMERS. My Aunt is out of $376 & they could careless because that how they make their money day after day illegally with this site TRAVOPORT. Something needs to be done about this ******************** This isnt right nor os it professional @ all. There has to be Justice with this company Ripping people off Daily. Please help

    On 5/5/25 I purchased one-way tickets for two passengers leaving *********** and landing in ***** for just under $98 per person. The price was better than other websites I was looking at. I would also need tickets home from ******* back to **, days later so I began looking at tickets for this. In my search I realized that round trip tickets were also well priced. I decided I would simply cancel the one way ticket and buy round trip. I bought tickets for a flight leaving ******** ME at 05:50 am, and layover at **************************************** and arriving in ******* at 10:44 am, ($205 per person). I received a email stating that changes in price were rare , but could change.When I called customer service I was informed that the tickets were promotional, non-refundable and no cancelations. The representative handling my vacation details, named *** ******** called me on 5/7/25 to alert me that the flight has changed. It is no longer leaving in the morning but in the afternoon not landing in ******* until 8pm, and no longer has a layover. He also stated that there is no bags allowed, not checked nor carry on. I expressed that would not work, and preferred to land in ******* during the day. He offered a flight that leaves in the morning for $120 per person and allows a carry on. I asked if that was an additional $120 to the $411 I had already paid. He said yes, it would be additional. I told him that would not work. He offered a flight in which the first leg of the trip would leave early but instead of leaving from ******** ME, it would leave from ****** MA. And that would be an additional $75. I am willing to eat the price of the one way ticket as it was my bad for not reading the fine print, them not being cancel-able or refundable. However this seems like a scam to officer reasonable prices for flights that dont exist yet and then call to alert you that the flight you booked has massively changed. Ive read several complaints similar to mine online.
