  This company cheats you by keeping refunds meant for you. GoToGate will "accidentally" cancel your seat reservation. The Airline will send GoToGate a refund. They will keep the refund and make you pay for the seat reservation a second time. **************** (in *****) is useless. ***** this dishonest company.

  Horrible experience. Never use this company to book a flight. My flight was cancelled and I never received my full refund. I was given various "excuses" but ultimately I was told my case was closed despite not receiving my full refund. You can never speak to or email the actual "financial people" who make the decisions about your refund. They are linked to *********** when you try to book a flight. *********** needs to dissociate their company from gotogate asap.

  Baggage allowance shown before you book and actual baggage allowance is different. They will not refund you or charge an exorbitant admin fee even if it is their fault. Use caution before booking.

  This business is a scam. You can't call or email them or have any way to contact them to cancel a trip. There is no phone number where to call and the email gives you instruction to put your email and order number and you will get a response via email which never arrives. total scam!!!!! Lost my money since there was nowhere to contact them.

  Too much details to get to final payment. They said checked luggage is $146 then they charged me double. I ended up paying $300 Will never book with them again.

  I booked through Kayak because Gotogate had the lowest price. Then at checked out they jacked up the price by about $54 because of "Increased demand for this flight." This increased the price past about half of the other booking options on Kayak. This is false advertising. I will never use this company again. In addition to this review. I will post on social media for all my friends and family to avoid this company! This was classic false advertisement bait and switch. Hopefully the feds will investigate this company!

  This is by far the worst company *** ever dealt with.I cancelled my tickets on January 1, 2025, and agreed to a $600 cancellation fee to receive a refund of $1,300. Now, months later, theyre suddenly asking for the original order number to process the refund. I explained that they should be able to look it up in their system using my details, but they claimed that, due to their company policy, they dont retain data for more than two months. Thats extremely suspicious, especially considering even small companies maintain records for years.Their customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist. To make matters worse, I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that GoToGate hasnt even initiated the refund on their end.This entire experience feels like a scam.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a consolidator - canceled well within 24 hours and took literally hours to get a full refund - had to listen to lectures about service fees,, airlines taxes, misc scan fees - it went from givem 80% refund to 90% to 95% and then finally once I texted the sme companu someone made the mistake of actually giving me a full refund - they will do anything in their power not to give you some money =- never ever do business with this untrsutf=worthy company
